Absolutely fabulous dental practice. I have been a patient now for two years. Chris Doy, my dentist, and his assistant Anu are amazing . So gentle both of them, kind and totally professional! Chris is the quickest and most competent dentist, without fanfare or fuss, that I have ever experienced. And even though the dentist is not my best place to be….of course, it is a pleasure and a great comfort to know that I am able to be a patient. I do hope that neither Chris nor Anu move. Thank you to both of you, and thank you too, to all the reception staff who are also, without an exception so friendly and easy and welcoming. Quite exceptional in every way. I have no problem to recommend.

Andreana is a brilliant dentist. Very patient, thoughtful and considered. She takes time to explain the best options for your treatment and checks throughout that you are not feeling any pain. She also has some very professional assistants - Mommamad today was superb. Thank you.

It is the personalities & their individual skills that make this practice so good, and so i’ve remained with it through all its many changes of ownership since 1971. Currently I am well served by the excellent dental hygienist James - a really caring & thoughtful practitioner, and the super-skilled & very careful dentist Matt who is always a pleasure to see. Sarah & the reception team are very helpful.

I've been at this dental practice for years and years as an NHS patient. It's always provided a brilliant service, the receptionists are always smiling and kind and there's plenty of appointment availability. When dentists have left the practice they've always found a replacement promptly. Elwira is thorough and kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Very lucky to be at this dental practice in the current climate!

I must be the most nervous dental patient - can't sleep for a few nights before my appointment. Elwira my Dentist - is kind, gentle and understanding. Mohammed dental nurse - well what can I say - you are amazing - held my hand throughout my treatment and explained what was happening - you're the best - wish there were more like you. Cannot thank him enough. Jess on reception is also friendly and understanding.

I'm reviewing the hygienist appointment I had on 25/05/25, with Kendal Williamson and her assistant, Sarah. They were both excellent and worked well together. They were very friendly and made light-hearted conversation, while at the same time being properly professional and practising high standards of clinical care. They skilfully avoided causing me any discomfort during my treatment and Kendal was very thorough in checking my oral health. I also appreciated the very good care and advice I received from Elwira and her dental nurse on the same day. Elwira, too, is very careful and thorough in her examination and I appreciate how she will suggest treatment options but is always clear whether the treatment is optional, or needed and recommended. Thank you.

From initial enquiries, to registering, to then booking and visiting the whole experience couldn't have been dealt with anymore efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and Lee on reception went above and beyond for us arranging everything and her communication was exceptional. The dentist Nick and his nurse Anu were simply superb, they were thorough and sympathetic to the patient and were excellent at keeping him settled and calm. Explaining every step of the way what was happening. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I recently had a replacement filling done with Dr. Chris Doy. He was extremely professional, experienced, and kind throughout the entire process. I was very nervous going in due to previous painful experiences at the dentist, but it was completely painless! I can honestly say that it was the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Doy and Bupa Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care!
