I took my 18 month old son for his first dental appointment this morning and we saw Hannah. I can’t recommend her enough. She was absolutely brilliant and put us both at ease. My boy took an instant like to her and she made him smile enough to see inside his mouth without using any potentially scary instruments! All the staff were friendly and welcoming and we look forward to our next visit.

We took my 17 month old son for his first dental appointment this afternoon and we saw dr jorge. I can’t recommend him enough. He was absolutely brilliant and put us all at ease. He already was our dentist and our other 2 kids dentist and we never had a problem Kids love him and can say they enjoy every visit to dentist because he makes sure kids and everyone are treated properly Cant recommended him enough for his professionalism Everyone knows I don't like the dentist but dr jorge toma changed my view completely. He did amazing work with a full denture from start to end also kept me informed all the time about what he was doing at each stage and for next appointment Dr jorge always tried to keep me calm Again i repeat dr jorge did rebuild my mouth doing all the extraction and then replaced with full denture and cant thank him enough for what he did As my first dentist and experience i Wish and hope i can keep you as my dentist youre amazing with my family and perfect in everything you do Thank you so much Carlos

Just registered with this practice and very pleased with the politeness and efficiency of the staff. Checkup was thorough and they scanned my paper documents from my previous dentist, which I thought was very sensible of them

The most painful experience I have ever had at a dentist. I went back to my private dentist immediately after the filling I had fell out a few days later. The appointment was rushed, chaotic and I had to ask for anaesthetic. He wanted to drill and fill two teeth that my private dentist said did not need any fillings. Make an appointment at your peril. I can’t even call them to cancel the second appointment I had.

Place was dirty reception desk was crowded with no privacy at all. When I was called through I was shocked at how dirty the place was I’ve seen cleaner rubbish tips than this place. Once I got into the dentists chair I explained that I was nervous of dentists, but she just sniggered and then asked if she could explain what she was doing just so I was aware of what was gonna happen she said I’m just going to have a look at your teeth the next thing I know there was a sharp stab in my gums, which made me flinch and shout out in pain. I was told to sit still. At this point I told her I’m leaving to which she replied whatever. Please don’t go to this place I think it personally needs closing down

I travel 140 miles round trip for my dental treatment with Hannah because she's quite simply the most reassuring dentist I have experienced in my 59 years of life and her work is excellent. Quite some time ago when I was a teenager living in Norfolk I had a traumatic experience at another dental practice where they painfully botched the removal of two wisdom teeth which resulted in putting me off seeing any dentist for many years. Eventually the inevitable occurred & my teeth started to decay to the point where I didn't want to smile in public. This began to get me down, so, despite being terrified at the prospect of lying in the dentists chair again after many years of associating it with pain from my bad experience, I plucked up enough courage to force myself to walk into a dental surgery again and fortunately I was lucky enough to meet Hannah. Hannah's a great listener & after explaining my situation she immediately put me at ease by thoroughly talking through what she could do for me to bring back my smile whilst emphasising the priority of making the experience as comfortable as possible. It was quite an extensive course of treatment as I hadn’t been to the dentist for so long but apart from being nervous on the first treatment day it all went very well and without pain. It felt great feeling the fear of dentists evaporate away to be replaced with confidence. That was over 10 years ago when the slightest thought of visiting a dentist would turn me into a nervous wreck. But now, I happily attend my appointments without any fear always knowing everything is going to be alright - it always is. Thanks Hannah & the whole practice not only for their professionalism & level of care, but also for their dedication to enhancing peoples lives through good dental health. Hannah restored my faith & confidence in going back to the dentist and the best bit of all ... she brought back my smile :-)
