The team here get to know you as a person, and will support you in an individualised way. I was so frightened going to the dentist and started going to Bupa a few years ago, my husband is a patient here too. We are both patients of Riz. What a guy! Nothing is too much trouble for him, he’s calm, takes his time and compassionate. He always makes me feel at ease (or at least as much as he can). He shows me empathy when I start to panic during treatment and I even sat through an extraction with minimal fuss. If anyone is looking for a gentle and kind dentist, I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you to Mel and Agnes who are always there for me to hold their hand and have a wobble with, even checking in on me via telephone when I have been unwell - that is 100% outstanding patient care. The reception team are fab as well and will do their best to accommodate you as much as possible. I used to go in to the dentist shaking and nearly in tears, I now go in calm, and have a little laugh with the team at Bupa in Stamford - what a difference. Thank you for always looking after my teeth and my wellbeing. You are all amazing. Xx

The reception team are so friendly, honest professional and will help out in every way they can. Angela has been seeing Mr Bradley for years and has always got first class treatments and from his nurses too. Amazing practice the best thank you

I've been coming to this dental practice since I was a child, and now I bring my own children here too—three generations of happy patients! The care has always been exceptional. Mr. Bradley is amazing—kind, professional, and always puts us at ease. The whole team is welcoming and genuinely caring, and they always do their best to fit us in, even at the last minute. I truly can't fault them. Highly recommended!

From arrival to leaving the surgery the staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting area has a refurbishment scheduled for early December. My appointment this morning was with Mr Bradley who has looked after my teeth for years.

Great dentist with wonderful staff. Have been a patient for years and have always had a great experience. When I first came I was extremely nervous about being seen by the dentist but after such wonderful care by the dental team, I’m no longer worried about coming.

The best service I have ever had at a dentist. Always managed to find me an appointment when I’ve had problems. I’m so pleased with the dental work I have received. The receptionists are always helpful and kind and Riz and his nurse are extremely personable and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone

Been with the same dentist for over 40 years and cannot recall a time when the service has not been excellent. Recent hygienist visit with Ingrida who was super thorough, friendly and actually came away wanting to floss!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with them so far. I was quite hesitant about going to a dentist in England, as I’ve always gone to one in Spain – and I’m really scared of dentists! But I had to go in for an emergency, and the care I received was so good that I’ve decided to go ahead with a few treatments, including an implant. All the staff have been incredibly kind and understanding. They’re great at explaining everything clearly and really help put you at ease. I’m genuinely so pleased with them!
