Perfect Smile

I have been coming to this dental practice for many years, I have always had the very best of treatment. As a very nervous patient they have always been so kind to me. Recently there have been a lot of changes at the surgery, so going for my first check up with a totally new dentist, was, for me, slightly terrifying. If it is possible to improve on what was, in my opinion, an excellent set up, then that is what has happened. Mr Muddasser Riaz was kindness personified. He chatted, put me at my ease, took xrays and explained them to me. Made suggestions on aspects that might help me with my personal detal care. When I came out I was almost relaxed, which doesn't happen normally with me and dentists. I feel confident that the excellent service I've always received is going to continue. Thank you Mr Riaz and, as always, big thanks to Linda and the reception team, absolutel angels. Best dental practice ever!!

Been using the dentist as long as I can remember as I seem to have inherited my dental anxiety from my mum. I went from seeing Gerry to seeing Mr Riaz as my first dentist retired. I went from seeing just Linda at the reception to a team of now three receptionists who are just lovely warm and welcoming. As a nervous patient they are the first ones that start easing my nerves. Mr Riaz discussed everything first and went on to explain how I could improve my dental health. After my consultation I booked in and went to had sedation with him to have a tooth filled which after the first bit of nerves turned out to be absolutely fine too. If you have any dental anxiety this is definitely the place for you!

I would like to recommend Perfect Smile dentist. If you are terrified of going to the dentist or have a problem like me, where I can't even have a check up without gagging constantly, then go to Perfect Smile dentist. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very caring and the dentist (Jessica Lee) was a top professional who made me feel relaxed and made sure I understood everything beforehand. The anesthetic is very painless and you don't feel a thing, so I recommend it. 100% satisfied patient. 😁

Was referred to have a tooth extraction.. and as nervous as I was they really did their best to put my mind at rest. The dentist team were great and after having sedation I don't remember a thing! Brilliant to everyone who helped me.

Dr Mudassar Riaz is the best. Two visits recently for treatment under IV sedation due to some anxiety but mainly a very strong gag reflex which prevents dentists doing anything at the back of my mouth safely or effectively, which led me to delaying treatment as it was so unpleasant trying to get through it. I was more apprehensive about the actual sedation than the treatment on first visit, but Dr Riaz (and the nurses assisting) put me so at ease and all went smoothly. Second visit the sedation didn’t bother me at all as I knew what expect. I remember very little about either procedure which is a big bonus. I won’t hesitate to use this practice and preferably Dr Riaz again, for any future dental work that is likely to set off my gag reflex, so I can have it done under sedation. Many thanks.

My husband needed extractions and was very anxious about the procedure. We were looked after at reception by Linda who put us at ease. Jessica performed the extractions assisted by Delfi, both were super kind and took it at my husbands pace, explaining about sedation, chatting to him and keeping him relaxed throughout. We were looked after post op by Maggie who explained after care and followed up with us the next day to check on him. He was so relieved the pain has now gone and we would like to thank everyone again for their kindness and understanding as well as doing a brilliant job. Mr and Mrs R Thompson

What lovely, kind people! Everyone who was involved in my son's treatment was so kind, caring, understanding, professional and supportive. Thank you Muddassar, James, Delfi, Maggie, Caroline and all other reception staff. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone who needs it.

The most amazing dentist I have ever came to. the reception staff are very kind, helpful and polite and dentist is kind, caring and just amazing. I will recommend this place 100% to anyone. I will always come here from now on. Truely amazing in everyway.
