The dentist Tanvi, ably assisted by Abi, did a brilliant job of removing an impacted tooth. It was a fairly long procedure and at all times Tanvi explained what was happening and ensured that I wasn't in pain. The next day there was no pain at all and I am very pleased indeed with the treatment I received. Thanks Tanvi.

Dentist's care was very good, hence the 4* rating but I was surprised the nurse needed so much help with how to fill in the details the dentist gave during the examination. This was my first visit and there was no-one in reception to tell me what the password for the WiFi was, or where the loo was. I wasn't impressed by all the Hallowe'en decorations. Many of us do not celebrate or support Hallowe'en and it seemed very inappropriate to have decorations in a professional health location.

I had my routine checkup with a dental assistant who was friendly and conducted a thorough visual examination of my teeth but no x-rays were taken. I also think that these examinations should be undertaken by fully qualified dentists.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful, from the receptionist to the dentist and her assistant. My dentist has time to inform me about my teeth and listen to me. Would recommend this practice.

Thank you so much to Monica for providing my Invisalign teeth straightening treatment. I'm so very pleased with the warm and friendly care I've received and with the progress of my treatment following Monica’s superb and professional guidance. My teeth are now fully straightened after around 2 years. I would thoroughly recommend going to see Monica to find out more about this superb system. I wish I had started the treatment many years ago! I have a great smile now and feel so much better as a result. My teeth will be whitened as well for that extra sparkle. Thank-you to Monica and to all the lovely people working at DentalCare Pangbourne.

I was seen on time after a pleasant welcome from the receptionist. The dentist was thorough and friendly and I came away feeling that I had been dealt with very well.

My wife booked an appointment for my 7 year old daughter who is experiencing discomfort/pain with her teeth. My wife received a text message and email(see pictures) for an appointment today(17th June). I reviewed the website which states limited street parking. This is our first time in the area and i can confirm there is no "limited street parking". I ended up going into the car park at the rear of the dentist and was advised by another person that I will be getting a £100 fine as there is no patients car parking and it's permits only. The road was very busy and I didn't take much notice until I entered and it was too late then (see picture) The dental practice should be very clear on the website to state this point and for any new patients, please be aware or stay away or you will get a £100 fine too!! Make matters worse, the receptionist had all my daughters details on the system - confirmed and repeated them but stated there is no appointment as a new patient. Receptionist was very abrupt, offered no alternative or attempt to provide any resolution or check if there was any other dentist available. She made the point that Nishu C has seen her last patient and that's it. I showed the receptionist the confirmation that we have an appointment and travelled from Calcot but made no difference. I was embarrassed, humiliated and more importantly my 7 year old was left in discomfort/pain. She had to witness all of this and I didn't know what to say to her, as she asked is she going to get checked? I am very disappointed with the service today and I should report this but what will we receive and what will this change? An apology? That won't pay the fine nor help my daughter with her discomfort/pain It's unacceptable and we will not be returning to Dentalcare Pangbourne!!
