My son has been visiting Rachel for 2 years. His teeth were badly aligned. To be honest I thought it would be nigh on impossible for him to ever have beautiful straight teeth. Rachel has been wonderful. Her 'bedside manner' and skill as an orthodontist are wonderful. She always spoke to Kian directly to explain procedures fully. We are all delighted with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend Rachel.

I am very pleased with my visits at this practice (my daughter sees the orthodontist Rachel, I'm not a patient). She puts the little ones at ease and also manages parental anxiety well. I genuinely feel my child is getting the best possible care anyone could get. It feels that way and on an intellectual level I also know that Rachel is simply an outstanding orthodontist. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Rachel at Garstang Dental after being referred by my dentist, who highly (and rightly so) recommended her as one of the best! Rachel's pleasant, calm and of course highly knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully consider and explain all options, her rationale and the procedures to me at every stage of my orthodontic treatment. The process seemed meticulously planned and thorough the whole way through (so different from having braces as a kid!), and I never had any doubt that I was in good hands and had made the right decision; the price also felt more than worthwhile for the treatment and support received. Although having braces for 2.5 years felt a little daunting right at the beginning for an adult in their forties, it really wasn't bad; the time went surprisingly quickly, and I'm really pleased with the results and have already noticed that I'm beaming much more widely in recent photos than usual!

My two daughters have both had their orthodontic treatment done by Rachel. She really clearly explains every process so we always know what’s happening and what the plan is. She’s also very caring and compassionate in her manner. I highly recommend her. The final outcome of their teeth is amazing and we are really pleased with the service

Fixed braces with Rachel Rachel always explained everything clearly. I was nervous about getting braces in my 40s but the 2 years of treatment passed quickly and I'm so glad I did it. I can now smile whilst showing my teeth and am delighted with the end result. All staff at the practice were friendly and helpful. There are many dentists offering invisalign etc but it is important to see a qualified orthodontist and I would absolutely recommend Rachel without hesitation.

A wonderful team of highly professional people. Every little detail was explained and I was included in all discussions regarding my new teeth. If you think you have got to the end of the road with your teeth and can't see how things get any better and think you'll never smile again well, please give them a call . They perform miracles. Plus, they are lovely folk. I thought I'd lost my smile for good but I was wrong and all it took was a phonecall. NOW I CANT SMILING. THANKS, to the brilliant team of Finlay,Claire and Rowan..I love my new teeth.

I have completed a two year treatment with Rachel and the practice and have been very impressed with every aspect of the service provided. Rachel took the time to understand my concerns and precisely what I hoped to achieve. I am a nervous dental patient (rather embarrassing for a grown man!) and Rachel and the whole team were very considerate of this and made me feel at ease. The whole process was explained clearly and in a way I could understand. I was made aware precisely what was happening as the treatment progressed. Most importantly I was very pleased with the final result, Rachel had her work cut out with my teeth but I can confidently say I am pleased I made the decision to go with Rachel and Garstang Dental Referral Practice. I also had further cosmetic treatment with Zo at the Practice - his meticulous attention to detail and expertise in finalising my dental work with a new crown was excellent and rounded off my treatment with the practice. Dealing with both Rachel and Zohaib I felt confident I was in good hands throughout.

The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, and I felt well-informed and supported throughout. While the treatment wasn’t cheap, the quality of the work absolutely reflects the cost. You’re paying for expert-level care, and the results speak for themselves. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Dr. Ali and the team.
