The staff here are amazingly welcoming which feels so natural rather than trained to be so. So very knowledgeable and polite. Steve who meets and greets is an expert in his field and so easy to discuss things with. Renata our dentist is one of the most patient and reassuring dentists I think we have ever met. I'm fed up to the back teeth with receiving "your appointment has been cancelled" messages from them. Obviously so are they as the last one said, it's cancelled and to call them to arrange the next appointment. That would be fine, if they ever answered the phone. It used to be a great clinic until mydentist took over.

I couldn’t locate the dentist at first (first time coming to this practice). I got a call at 11:53 saying your appointment was at 11:50, I replied saying I’m walking through the door as we were on the phone. I signed the paperwork and sat down. 5 minutes later I got told “sorry because you were late we can’t see you”! I mean 3 minutes late? How pathetic! Why did it take you 5 minutes to tell me you can’t seem me? Will never EVER be using my dentist again.

Overcharged by over £100 for an extraction. Upon questioning this at reception at a later date, I was told by the receptionist that the dental nurse who had seen me had put down on my notes that the tooth that was being pulled out had broken on being removed, hence the further charged. I was actually shown my tooth after it was removed, it hadn't broken at all, it came out in one clean pull. I questioned this with the same dental nurse at a later appointment, she told me a complete different reason for why I was charged so much, and just said that because it took a lot more pulling than usual, I was charged almost £100 more for a "complex extraction". Since then, after clearly stating that I will not be coming back to use this dentist again just to be blatantly scammed for my money and lied to my face, they are now constantly sending me letters, I even received 2 of the same one today, not for money, since that was all paid for, but instead trying to invite me back. Avoid this place at all costs for private dental care to save yourself future headaches!

So far so good with stapleford dental centre, firstly I had already called around 30+ dentist and no one wanted to know. When I called stapleford I was greeted by Steve, Steve was the most helpful & welcoming person, he spoke to me at length about all the options they could offer me and even managed to get me an appointment the next day ! When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Steve and given all the necessary paperwork to complete, this was really easy and I was then in to be seen within 10 mins, my dentist was Mr Roodsari and again he too was very helpful and informative, I knew I had some dental issues but didn't realize the severity, he ran through all the options I had and answered all of my questions, he explained everything whilst showing me my x-rays so I could understand what was actually happening, after this we worked out a treatment plan that I was actually happy with. Then I was back out to see Steve to get all my appointments booked in, this was no trouble and I have got my first appointment in a few weeks (due to the long appointment time I need). I am really impressed with this dental device so far and really hope it continues, I am using there my dentist option currently as I'm unable to get NHS and private is way to expensive. The my dentist option, yes costs money but it's alot more reasonable than full private care.

Lovely friendly staff & Renata is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is always very reassuring & gentle & I never feel a thing when I have a filling. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

A GOLD STANDARD PRACTICE!!! I have been attending Stapleford Dental Centre for a number of years and hope to be doing so for many more. I most recently attended an NHS appointment in January, 2021 and its welcome, treatment, patient administration and aftercare remains second to none. Firstly, I cannot praise highly enough the treatment. A recent addition to the practice is dentist, Mr Abbas Roodsari. His friendly, engagingly polite manner, non-rushed thoroughness, gentle technique and reassurance is all one could possibly wish for. During my January appointment he provided the most unhurried and delicate scale and polish, two fillings and some very useful aftercare advice. I have never received such careful, subtle and pain free treatment. He is a credit to his profession. The nurses are also most pleasant, attentive and friendly. Their easy going and sympathetic manner work in perfect tandem with each dentist. However, the long term, consistent shining star of this practice is their reception administrator, Mr Steve Pointer. I cannot emphasis enough his profound professionalism, friendly efficiency, warmth and overwhelming compassion. From his welcoming smile to each visitor, immaculate formal appearance, pitch-perfect telephone manner and unfailing kindness and courtesy, Mr Pointer has proven himself time and again not only to be an outstanding representative of this practice but also a true patient advocate. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and his patience is beyond measure. A gentleman. Steve proves the complete opposite from the receptionist of caricature. His desire is to do his utmost in getting you in, not keeping you out... …and no, this isn’t his mother! Just a very satisfied and grateful patient.
