I originally went to union quay dental many years ago for braces. However, i ended up staying on as a patient due to the excellent care and treatment i received. I was always afraid of going to the dentist, but i now look forward to every appointment because i know i am in good hands and have always had brilliant care. All the staff including the receptionist’s are extremely friendly and attentive. Particularly my hygienist Beth who is so caring and compassionate, she really does put you at ease and is amazing at her job. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I’ve been a patient of Jamie’s for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He’s always been professional, reassuring, and very approachable, which makes every visit a relaxed and positive experience. I’ve never been in any discomfort during my appointments — Jamie always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and ensures I’m completely at ease. The dental hygienist, Beth, is equally fantastic — gentle, thorough, and always friendly. My teeth feel great after every visit with her. The reception staff are also lovely, always welcoming and efficient when booking appointments or answering questions. It’s such a friendly, professional practice, and I have complete confidence in the whole team. I’d highly recommend Jamie, Beth, and everyone at the practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a warm and caring environment.

I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. As someone with a phobia of dentists I couldn’t be more relaxed and comfortable during my visits. Heather is a fantastic hygienist, who is very professional, though and reassuring. She gives great tips and advice that help me look after my teeth and avoid intervention. Every member of staff is pleasant, polite and professional. The building is beautiful and benefitting from very thoughtful renovations. The dental plan is great value for money.

Just wanted to give a mention to the lovely Beth who treated me at my hygiene visit. She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail as she was doing it and gave me some really good advice moving forward on taking better care of my teeth and gums. She complimented my smile and brushing but gave specific tips that felt tailored to me. I left feeling great with lovely clean teeth, thank you Beth!

I have just returned from my quarterly session with Beth the dental hygienist and felt moved to write a short review in praise of her gentle but meticulous way of dealing with my teeth and gums. I let things slip during Covid and she has helped and encouraged me to look after my teeth properly. I cannot recommend her more highly. Thanks Beth

I cannot recommend Union Quay Dental highly enough! The whole team are absolutely brilliant professional, caring and always go the extra mile. I recently had a tough wisdom tooth extraction and I was so impressed by how careful and thorough the process was. The dentist took extra steps I’d never experienced before to make sure my mouth would heal properly and everything healed beautifully. The equipment and facilities are excellent, and every member of staff is efficient and friendly. My hygienist, Priscilla, is amazing, she made me feel completely calm and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Thanks to Union Quay Dental, I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I feel very lucky to have found such a dedicated and professional team.

I'm a recent patient of Union Quay and the customer experience has been amazing. I had my first hygiene apointment with Elaine yesterday. She was so friendly, attentive and knowlegable. There was a lot of care taken by her, she took the time to be thorough and understand my diet and lifestyle and how it could be impacting my teeth. She was so helpful with all the information she provided me and any questions I had. I was actually sad when Elaine told me that I would only require a hygienist appointment once a year, as I enjoyed the appointment that much! 10/10 service

Union Quay Dental is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I used to be quite a reluctant patient, but this place has changed all that. I’m lucky enough to have Yasmin as my Dental Hygienist. Yasmin is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and gentle with my cleaning. She has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions, taking the time to explain how to maintain my hygiene at home. She has even sent me follow up emails to recommend certain products when my teeth have been a little sensitive. Thanks Yasmin, you’re amazing. I’ve seen Dentists Jarlath, Jamie and George on various occasions and all have been excellent, given great advice and explained my course of treatment clearly. I had some cosmetic work with Jarlath and now regularly receive compliments on my teeth. I’m really happy with the treatment I’ve received from all at Union Quay Dental and can’t recommend this place enough.
