I am an extremely nervous patient so facing a new dentist is quite an ordeal. It was a first examination but straight away Christina and Chloe handled me with great care. I had to return for a replacement filling which is my worst nightmare but again the care and thoughtfulness of them both was amazing, explaining everything they were doing and checking I was ok throughout, even played some of my favourite music which was a good distraction. Christina did an excellent job on my filling as it was a near front one, I didn’t even feel the initial injection and my finished tooth now adds to my smile! I will always be nervous but I now feel happier to go to the dentist which is a first for me! Thank you both, you are amazing!

I was absolutely petrified of going to have my tooth removed after a previous experience a few years ago. I had been in so much agony for a long time with this broken, infected tooth which had the nerve exposed. 111 made me an appointment here with Andrei Patrascu at Devon Villa in Newton Abbot and I travelled some distance to get there as I currently dont have a dentist. I have to say I'm glad I did! Andrei listened and understood my fear and explained what was happening throughout and constantly checked I was ok. I honestly hand on heart didnt even know when he had taken the tooth out! I was shocked when he said sit up and rinse your mouth! I couldnt believe it. I cannot recommend Andrei enough, especially if you have a fear of dentists or haven't been for a few years like myself. Massive thank you to Andrei Patrascu, the dental nurse (apologies I didnt get the name) but you were both absolutely fantastic. I had been dreading having that tooth pulled out for at least 6 years.

Had a routine check-up appointment this week - booked with Andrew.T, would highly recommend him. He’s brilliant - great at what he does, very patient and kind. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients, which in my personal experience is somewhat difficult to come by! Ladies at Reception were helpful and attentive too 😄

I had to visit Mydentist Queen Street for a filling following an emergency appt. Christina and Chloe were the dream team. Kept me at ease, played some top tunes, which helped to keep me relaxed. Kept me informed of the progress of my treatment and was a top notch job! Highly recommend these two wonderful peeps for all of your dentistry needs🤩

Worst dentist i have ever been too. Treat NHS as second rate citizens. Since ive been with them I have lost 4 teeth due to poor dentistry. One of their dentists deliberately damaged my teeth. He said he was giving my teeth a clean whilst waiting for his assistant. He thought my mouth was numb then jammed his drill in to the back of a gum in to my teeth causing a hole. As it takes forever to get in to the dentist I eventually had to have said tooth ripped out. Then he said there were a black dot on 3 of my rear teeth on the other side and he'll sort that out at the same time as a filling I had. He cored out the center of all 3 teeth then filled them back up and left them jagged and sharp. Ive since lost 2 of them and the 3rd is hanging on for dear life. My current nhs dentist said I needed a root canal, she gave the appointment 45 mins and was late seeing me by 15 mins, then thighs she would be able to complete it in 30 mins. Fat chance of that. She struggled to find 1 of the 3 roots. She capped it back up and rebooted. I was due to go away and didnt want to be in pain so I asked her to cap it up until after i get back. We came to the decision it would be easier to remove the tooth, she told me the roots are larger than average people's and may be a difficult extraction. I said ok anyway and she bodged it up, told me that I can pay £510 to have a professional to come in and have it removed that week or go on the NHS waiting list at the hospital to get the remaining parts of tooth removed. I refused outright to pay for someone to fix her bodge job. I now have a 12 month wait and a gaping hole in my mouth with exposed root. To top that off, because I made a fuss out of frustration, I have been kicked off the NHS list and told to pay a plan. They say they strive to give the best dental treatment, but only if you pay them a fortune. I would suggest anyone who has had poor dentistry there, to contact a solicitor and dont make the mistake I did of listening to an email telling me they hope they can gain my trust again. (WHICH I STILL HAVE) statute of limitations is 3 years on dental. Edit: in reply to your reply, if you were that bothered you'd of contacted me direct. Your team are well aware of my complaints as I still have emails from your management team acknowledging my concerns.

Peter and Imogen have been brilliant. Ive had to have quite a few teeth out and was worried about it due to previous experience but they have made it as painless and easy as possible. They keep you chatting and relaxed during the appointment and you can tell they care abour their patients. I would highly recommend and wish they could be my dental team in the future though as I came through via the emergency dental line this is not possible.

I had a filling with Christina.The entire procedure was painless . Christina was extremely patient , gentle , knowledgeable and kind.She was very meticulous and thorough, and the resulting filling was excellent .Christina is a credit to the dental profession.Nurse Imogen made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I knew I was in safe hands . Thank you both .

I have had some dental work done at Devon Villa today and have to say that Christina and Chloe are brilliant I came out feeling that they did a really great job, and have not seen my front teeth looking so good in a long time. I am very happy with the care they both gave me and they made it feel calm and relaxed. Well done both of you 😊
