My wife had a crown fitted in Spain where we live a week ago, just before our annual trip to the UK to escape the August heat, but we thought something might be wrong as she was still feeling discomfort a week later. My wife is not a good dental patient so it takes a lot for her to ask to see a dentist. Luckily we were staying in Menai Bridge town for a couple of days just two minutes away from this very helpful and kind practice who managed to squeeze her into their busy schedule within a couple of hours. The staff were all really kind and helpful and the dentist, Ann Lu, was exceptionally gentle with her work, explaining everything before she did anything which put my wife very much at ease. We now have a good idea of what the problem could be and a pain management plan for the next seven days which will ease the discomfort until we get back home and see our own dentist. We were very happy with the price too, considering there were several x-rays involved. In all honestly, we were very lucky to have this wonderful practice on our doorstep in our hour of need. My utmost thanks to everyone there.

I was on Anglesey on holiday and needed an emergency dental appointment. The staff at this practice were extremely helpful and I was so grateful to be given an appointment at such short notice. Special thanks to dentist Rhys and nurse Donna for their excellent care and to reception staff Naomi and Teresa for their attention, all very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lu actively listened and engaged with the patient’s concerns during the consultation. Dr. Lu carried out a comprehensive examination and showed a high level of competency and professionalism. The building is very clean with modern facilities and the admin and support staff were very welcoming and friendly.

On holiday on the island, started with severe toothache, tried several dental practices around Cemaes where we are staying but none could give me an appointment and suggested dialling 111, after 50 mins on hold I gave up. Found Menai Bridge Dental Practice and given an emergency appointment with Rhys, after and examination and x-ray problem found and prescription for antibiotics issued and told to come back if it gets worse whilst still on holiday and book to see your own dentist for when you get home. Always used an NHS dentist but I must say the experience I had today makes me think if going private is the way to go. Thanks to all the staff, lovely reception, dental nurse and Rhys the dentist was great.
