Dr. Rajia Hamid is the best dentist I have ever seen. She made me feel so comfortable and she really took care of me as she knew I was anxious. She also went into great detail to discuss my teeth with me. A great dentist

I waited three months for my appointment and received a cancellation notice a week in advance because the doctor wouldn't be at work that day. I contacted them by phone and they said the next nearest appointment is in another month. If I want it on Saturday, which would be very convenient for me because I work and can't come on weekdays, then I'll have to wait until January. Thank you, I've already waited three months and you cancelled. Also, the X-ray wasn't working on my first visit, and they said they'd do it on my next visit. It was a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had an appointment yet the day before I get phone call saying dentist sick, so appointment canceled, rebooked for the following week, I unfortunately forgot and missed the appointment, instead of allowing 1 missed appointment they've taken me off there list, so no longer have a dentist, thanks for your understanding in this matter. 4 months later and still no feedback as to why the dentist can cancel my appointment because he/she was ill, I forgot to attend an appointment and I'm struck off and no longer on the books. This investigation is taking a Very long time

I was seen by this dentist for root canal, they performed root canal but said it was unsuccessful so they would need to refer me to a specialist and just put a temporary filling in for now. I am so angry and annoyed as I have had to ring countless times (they never pick up the phone) and then email and I still haven’t seen a specialist and it’s been over 3 months now, so I have arranged to go privately. This whole experience has been horrendous and I suffered tremendously because of it- I got very ill. So I would say: DO NOT GO HERE - they were useless.

Unfortunately I had really bad experience with Dr. Hamid. She knew I was unemployed and I was an NHS patient and during all the appointment tried to sell me private crowns and private fillings when there is NHS options. Even when I left she took the care to write a note asking the receptionist if I really wanted the NHS crown and filling. After she that she cancelled the appointment because I was not accepting private materials and gave the excuse that she was not "expertise " to treat me. She prefered to leave me with decays and 3 teeth to put crown then help me as an NHS patient. She made me fell ashame, embarrassed and different from others. I also felt that if I had money to pay for private she would do the job without any questioning I always thought and beleived that healthcare was universal and do not make differences between poor and rich and that is really wrong. Dentist forgot the basics of healthcare and the reason that took they to do the degree (help people). I feel really sad and disappointed.

Reception staff is really nice and friendly, specially Stephanie. She was very compassionate, helpful and kind to me. The dentists are also good. Very happy with this practice.

Very happy at my appointment with Ravi. He explains things and makes you feel at ease even though I am a 'nervous' patient. Thank you.

The phone contact is nill you can ring out of hours and still get the same message. If you have no Internet you have to go in the shop to alter your appointment etc. But its better than mone
