Had a checkup to register as new patients and won’t be returning… receptionist was lovely so nothing against her at all! We both expressed some concerns in our appointment, I thought I needed a filled , had an x-ray and no issues but the dentist said “if you want a filling I can give you one” felt very unprofessional and just trying to make money even if people don’t need a treatment. Dentist is supposed to be somewhere you can go for advice not just be told if you want a filling have it…who wants a filling on a tooth you’ve said is healthy? Will be finding another dentist unfortunately. Felt like a cowboy operation like none of the dentists actually knew what they were doing.

Hygienist appointment cancelled twice. The second time, I was actually at the desk before they told me (apparently a text had been sent, but I still haven't received it). I've decided to register elsewhere. Disappointing. I was also a bit horrified to see bloody handprints and blood splatters on the walls of reception - these were Halloween "decorations" but seem in rather poor taste, especially when so many people are afraid of the dentist!

Worse dentist I’ve ever been to. I had my wisdom tooth removed and was in pain for weeks. When I called up for an urgent appointment was told to call back on Monday. I was left over the weekend in excruciating pain the staff couldn’t care less. Very unprofessional and rude…. I had to call 111 for advice. I had to ring back on Monday begging them to book me in for an urgent appointment the pain was unreal. The surgery is run very poorly. It’s run like a circus staff need training in basic customer service skills.

After reading a lot of negative reviews I was sceptical, however I have been seen for a checkup and then had my fillings done within 2 weeks. The staff were all very friendly and reassuring, everything was done in a well timed manner and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say brings this down is trying to contact view phone - the number takes you to a different branch which can be difficult, I managed to get through via email though so It’s good there’s multiple routes.

I'm terrified of dentists after a very bad experience 30 years ago. I explained my fear and was treated with kindness and gentleness. I had 4 fillings and a dental hygiene and honestly didn't feel anything, not even the injection! My faith in dentists has been fully restored.

Just had a really positive experience at this Dentist. I have not been to the dentist for many years, and i was a touch apprehensive. Pratap and Grace gave excellent care and treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. They are a credit to your practice.

This is an NHS dentist charging private dentist fees without prior notice. Told that NHS charges currently don't apply due to a contract dispute, this should not effect the customer, but have no choice but to pay if you want treatment done. I already have a plan in place but a seeing a different dentist at the same clinic means a new plan apparently
