Perfect Smile

Unfortunately, after I requested an emergency appointment, the dentist’s conduct was extremely unprofessional at a time when I was suffering from one of the worst dental pain I’ve ever experienced. He showed no sense of decency, courtesy, or basic human empathy. He didn’t even ask me to sit down or rest, despite how visibly exhausted I was, and he didn’t bother to look inside my mouth. When he asked for the X-ray, he didn’t take it from my hand as any professional would; instead, he stared at it in a way that was so aggravating it pushed me past my limit. I confronted him about his bluntness and complete lack of sensitivity, and only then did his attitude improve slightly. Even so, I did not receive proper treatment. His only proposed solution was to remove the tooth which is generally an unsound first option. Worse still, when I told him I was taking strong opioid painkillers, he didn’t explain the risks or offer any guidance and he didn’t even stress about the importance of taking the antibiotics until I asked for them my self—something any responsible practitioner would do. Had I not confronted him and pushed back, he would not have acted with even the minimum level of professional responsibility. Very disappointed!

On several occasions, the receptionist, Jiny, has spoken in a rude and disrespectful manner over the phone. When I asked her to explain something more clearly, she raised her voice unnecessarily, as if I could not hear or understand her. This made the experience very unpleasant. In addition, my daughter had an appointment to discuss her overbite and a tooth that is sticking out. She was simply given a cream and told to leave. When she tried to express her discomfort and ask for advice, she was told the practice was too busy and that she should go. This response left her feeling dismissed and not cared for. I believe patients deserve to be treated with respect and understanding. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, address the staff’s attitude, and ensure my daughter receives proper dental advice and care from someone willing to listen.

After not visiting the dentist for several years and needing multiple treatments, I was feeling quite anxious—especially about seeing a new doctor. But Dr. Feroz has been incredibly reassuring. He takes the time to clearly explain each step and the reasons behind it, and best of all, the procedures have been completely pain-free!

Worst dentist. Ruined my teeth. Mustafa turned a tiny filling into a whole decaying tooth after drilling away at it like I was a test dummy. I have been eating in one side of my mouth for 3 months. Visit if you hate your teeth xx

The admin team is great, but unfortunately the dentists seem more focused on business than genuine care.

Poor customer service and limited skills. They cannot take tooth such as wisdom tooth. They will refer to the hospital. The lady dentist is rude. Avoid this dental practice

Terrible service. Very rude receptionist and clinic got stuck in the past. With the amount of scams nowadays, it's not reasonable to request patients' card details by phone. If you want a payment in advance (which already seems abusive in my opinion), at least give the patient the option to make a bank transfer or something alike, but don't demand people to give their personal card details by phone. That's not safe at all.

I really love this dentist, I used to live in this local area and it always feels like home every time I am in for my check-ups. I travel quite far because I know I can trust my teeth with this place. Thank you to my usual Doctor Jo. And today I would like to thank Faith in reception , Doctor Victor and Vivienne for cleaning/ checking my oral health and teeth. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their teeth and dental health protected and kept safe for life. Thank you so much. 😁
