Unprofessional and misleading! I Do Not Recommend I purchased a Groupon for £995 for an implant and crown. Before buying, I called the clinic to confirm whether there were any hidden costs. I was initially told there were none, although another staff member later left a voicemail stating there might be a charge for an X-ray which was fine. I paid a deposit and attended the consultation. At the consultation, I was informed of additional charges that over doubled the original Groupon price. When I politely questioned the breakdown of these unexpected costs (about £1,500 extra) and asked were these extras definitely needed. the dentist responded very defensively and became noticeably aggressive. He stated he would stop using Groupon due to people accusing him of being misleading and suggested we not proceed if I didn’t trust him. While he is entitled to set his prices, I believe all costs should be transparently communicated upfront and either included in the price of the Groupon or explained to clients when they phone to book a consultation, as once you have purchased the Groupon you are then obligated to pay for the extras which were a lot more. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and the confrontational attitude made the situation worse. I found the consultation environment intimidating and, after this interaction, I no longer had any confidence in continuing treatment there. In hindsight, I wish I had read reviews beforehand, as it appears others have had similar experiences. Based on this, I cannot recommend this clinic.

I visited Digital Smile Studio primarily to take advantage of a Groupon deal offering an implant and crown for £995. After purchasing the voucher, I booked an appointment and received an email confirmation along with a link to complete my medical history form, which I submitted promptly. However, I was asked to complete this again during consultation. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment, I had to wait for at least half an hour without any apology for the delay. During the consultation, which cost £150, I was presented with a fee estimate that differed significantly from the prices listed on the company’s website. For example, I was quoted £995 for root canal treatment, while the website states the maximum charge for this service is between £495 and £795. The website also indicates that the prices include charges from associate, which is lower than that of the principal dentist. However, my estimate only reflected the principal's charges, and when I inquired about this discrepancy, I was informed that the associate had left. Following my appointment, I sent an email requesting clarification regarding the price differences, but I never received a response. Additionally, when I asked whether I could proceed with one of the treatments quoted, specifically the CAD Inlay/Onlay, I received no reply. This lack of communication leads me to believe that unless I agree to the full treatment plan quoted, there is little interest in addressing my individual needs. Overall, my experience felt more like a transactional process than a patient-centered approach to dental care. I hope the practice can improve their communication and transparency in the future.

I found the details of this Dental practice on Groupon and I am so glad I did! I found the price very reasonable for clear aligners and there were no hidden costs everything got explained to me in detail. I am happy with my treatment final results and would recommend Dr Paulina and the practice to anyone. Very happy! Thank you

My appointment wasn’t resulting on the system, Luckily they were free. I paid for 30 Min Dental Hygiene Appointment with Scaling & Polish - but I spent less than 30 minutes in the studio, including medical questionnaire and welcoming. So disappointed

A great set of professionals - they are very knowledgeable and willing to make sure you fully understand the treatment plan too. Dentists are an emotive subject with many people afraid or unwilling to visit. Patrick and Adam have taken the time and effort to create a peaceful environment which calms and relaxes patients whilst being reassured of their excellent competence. I highly recommend Digital Smile.

***GROUPON SCAM*** This is SO disappointing. I purchased a groupon on 4th July for 6 composite veneers for £619. The groupon stated it included a “complimentary” consultation in the price and DID NOT mention they charge an ADDITIONAL £150 for a “full consultation”. It doesn’t clearly state an additional consultation is needed to the initial consultation. When I tried to book their website was not working, so I called them and left multiple messages before finally getting someone to book me in. Today I travelled from Kent turned up 15 minutes before my appointment but waited 45 minutes to be seen. When I sat down I was told to provide my address and after doing so the dentist she advised there is a £150 charge today for the consultation. I was confused as I had paid £619 for veneers which included a “complimentary” consultation which is clearly written on my groupon. She advised this was not the full consultation and there is an additional charge. I was disgusted that they would add a hidden charge at point of service. Groupon apparently won’t refund if the voucher was purchased over 2 weeks ago so I have in essence lost £619 unless I pay an extra £150. I refused the complimentary consultation as it essentially meant I would be entering into acceptance of their service and having to hand over my groupon code. I politely declined and wasted my time and train fare to London from Kent for nothing. Had the service had been correctly advertised I would have happily proceeded. But the fact of the matter is that this is a hidden charge and the deal being sold is misleading. I would expect better from a Harley Street Clinic but this looks like yet another scam as there are hidden charges for the unsuspecting customer. After checking the small print is states that “maybe” there will be additional costs and that extra costs will be quoted within the treatment plan. The key word being “maybe” when they already know there 100% will be an additional cost. Seeking legal advise on this. It’s true, if a deal is too good to be true it probably is.

I can’t thank them enough. Since leaving today I haven’t felt embarrassed to smile. They are professional, kind and understanding. At first I felt humiliated to even open my mouth but that are so free of judgement and full of compassion you can tell they love what they do. Thank you to you both and when I can I will be booking in for more composite bonds but I love the look already with my gap now closed. They are very transparent about results. They don’t rush, they take their time and make sure to get results you will be happy and confident with.The kind of dentist you want because they really want you to leave feeling better in your smile. I recently had composite bonding done at Digital smile studio and Adam and Patrik have done an amazing job aswell as being so helpful throughout the whole process, i now feel very confident with my smile and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend the team
