Was able to offer me a same day appointment. The 4 staff members I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely eager to help. They resolved my emergency on the day, and gave me advice on best course of action for a permanent solution.

A deposit was taken from a pensioner for a service that was never delivered. When I followed up, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism. The receptionist used offensive language, then called me back to continue shouting and told me, in their words, that “nobody cares” and to “go get legal on them.” This experience was unacceptable both in terms of service delivery and customer care. I cannot recommend this business and urge others to exercise caution before engaging with them.

Just finished my treatment here after four visits which included an extraction of my wisdom tooth and a clean by the hygienist. I have to say service from start to finish has been brilliant on each visit.The receptionists were all freindly and professional as always. Dentist Mo has done a real good extraction on my tooth with the help of his assistant Dil. For my clean hygienist Indira has also done a great job on cleaning my teeth with her nurse Mamita. I would highly recommend coming here for treatment, Thank you all again

The dentist are very professional and kind. They communicate well with patients and I like the service. It’s a family friendly dentist and the nurses are very helpful and professional. The dentist I had today I had before is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Especially being a fussy patient he was so helpful and extremely supportive, very experienced. Dr Kanna was excellent at replacing an implant screw and crown that I had badly fitted by a dentist at a different surgery. The implant had been a great success. The reception staff at the practice were all so helpful and friendly. Was very impressed and would definitely recommend

Today I had a great dental hygiene appointment at Abbeywood Dental. Indira, the hygienist, was incredibly skillful and patient, as was the nurse assisting her.

I’ve had horrible experiences post lockdown. The female dentist, I think Fatima is NASTY. I have anxiety and I was threatened that if I didn’t stop shaking and bite down on the plate, I would just have to wait 6 months to get my tooth extracted and be in pain until then. The plate was SO painful, she didn’t even give me a chance to try to manage the pain. She attempted no methods to try to calm me down despite the fact that I was crying. I said that I would like to book a checkup after and she simply responded “we don’t do that on NHS, only private”. Unaware that I actually do have private dental cover but clearly they treat NHS patients like dirt because I had done the extraction through NHS. I also had my wisdom tooth extracted there and the root was left in, meaning I had to pay privately elsewhere to get the rest removed. Same cost that it would have been to remove the whole thing. Despite having private dental cover, I absolutely REFUSE to give this dentist a penny ever again. For that reason, I’ve been using my private cover elsewhere and literally get my hand held during procedures and I’m treated with the utmost care and patience. I’m even on a whole treatment plan and would rather spend the thousands there than this horrible dentist. You were once a very good dentist but since lockdown, you became greedy and soulless. Bless the receptionists, they are the only good thing about that place.
