Koplon Implant & Family Dentistry

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and had a caring nature towards me. Kathy did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and gave me advice on how to care for my oral health. Dr. Koplon has a sweet friendly “chair side” manner and welcoming spirit. I was very thankful to see a picture hanging on the wall in the reception office of Jesus standing beside the doctor and staff performing a procedure on a patient, THAT was all I needed to let me know that I had finally gotten to the RIGHT dentist since mine had retired several years ago. The facility was very clean and well maintained. It’s good to be home.

I've lived in a few towns and thought I had seen everything a dentist had to offer. But Koplon immediately stood out as different the moment I walked in. The attention to detail and the service almost felt "white glove." The people and the atmosphere was a genuinely happy place. I think I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist today.

The staff at Koplon Implant and Family Dentistry are the cream of the crop. I was made to feel welcome the moment I went to the registration desk. I am so impressed by the caliber of employees. Everyone knows their job and does it with excellence. Now, let's get to the Dr. I met Dr. Koplon Sr. And from the get go, was put at ease. He explained what the different possible plans were for me personally and treated me as an important client regardless of my financial state. I was given several different options to consider and the costs involved with each as well as a general time frame. Thank you for the respect you showed me. I know I am dealing with true professionals that love what they are doing and truly want to make their patients feel good about their outcomes. I have had the best experience by far doctor Adam is so amazing he helped me so much got all 4 of my front teeth done. Very clear on how things work and communication is flawless. This has been the best experience by far at any dentist. I would recommend them for any of your dental needs!!!!

The best family dentist!!!! I was always very anxious about visits to the dentist prior to finding Koplon. The staff is very kind and respectful! I love that they talk me through everything they are doing and it’s never a question. I also bring my toddler here and they are so good with her! She loves picking out a toothbrush every visit. I’m confident she will grow up and not be anxious coming to the dentist like me; thanks to the great staff at Koplon.

I started going to Dr Koplon almost 15 years ago. I had some serious issues with my teeth. I was a grinder at night, along with other problems. Dr. Koplon (and his team) met with me and put my mind at ease and presented a plan. Not just for the dental work but also for what I needed to spend. It was that simple. I have continued going to him even while I was living out of town. His team of assistants are all charming, capable and fabulous, almost like family. My wife also goes there although she doesn’t have near the issues I have had. If there were 10 stars to rank Dr Koplon I would do it.

I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Koplon. My grandmother used him and loved him. I was in town from Louisiana and had a cap fall off and needed a root canal. I called at 4pm on Thursday, he got me in at 9am the next day. Every one was kind, compassionate, and the communication was great. I was in and out same day and my tooth feels so much better. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I wish I was closer so I could make them my primary. *he also saved me $800 from what I was quoted back home

Well I've been put my reviews on here every time I go to an appointment but I did my last appointment yesterday for yesterday. I'm extremely unhappy. This is not the right shade I wanted. It's not the right design I wanted. I wanted you to look more like my natural tea. I'm really unhappy with the color. Extremely unhappy with the color. I feel like I wasted $37,000. I sold my house to do this and I'm sitting here. Unhappy but what can I do? I didn't like the fact that I didn't speak to the same person every time. I mean the dentist was great but I didn't see him and sit down and talk to him like I could have if or the same person every time I went in so nothing got broke down that I wanted to have done. It was like they just listen to it and then that was it. I'm not happy. It's not the way I wanted it to be and for that much money it should have been exactly the way I wanted that they could I don't expect everything to be perfect, but I thought the color would at least be right. My teeth look more yellowy gray to me and I'm as white as I wanted them to be and I feel like they go inward and are too big. So yeah I'm pretty and happy cuz I'm stuck with this now and I was also told that once we got to the final take that there was something I didn't like about it. They would fix it. That was a lie. The girl told me this is it. That's all I get. Well you should have asked me what I wanted and wrote it down or at least let me tell the dentist. I feel like I got stuck with whatever they wanted to give me Do I think they're hideous? No do I like them not really
