Excellent service throughout - Sophie on reception is very professional and a great 'first impression' of the Practice. Vasile Pana is an excellent dentist and puts you at ease very quickly (never a bad thing!). A particular mention for Meg who is a real asset to the company - she has the ability to explain the payment plans clearly and has a lovely sense of humour. All in all, a very positive experience.

So happy with the upper denture. The care, and thorough explanation of all the stages was brilliant. The cost was significantly lower than I'd been quoted by my previous, awful, private dentist. I have my smile and confidence restored. So happy!

I have just had some dental work done installing 2 bridges on my front teeth. The work was carried out by Principal Dentist Vasile Pana and what an excellent dentist he is! I am a very nervous patient and Vasile put me at ease immediately with his calm, caring and gentle approach. The treatment was excellent, no pain throughout the whole process and I am super pleased with the results - the bridges look amazing and very natural. The whole team is very welcoming and friendly - a warm greeting at reception, caring treatment from dental nurses and hygienists plus the facilities are second to none. State of the art technology (CT scans, 3D modelling etc), a lovely environment plus excellent customer care and service makes for an all round pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thank you.

After years of not going to the dentist, I went to see Vasile at Kington Dental Practice. I have had several treatments including fillings, root canal treatment and 2 crowns fitted. I am absolutely delighted with the results, my teeth look better than they have for years. Vasile explained the treatment to me in detail and he and his team made every effort to make me feel at ease despite my fear of dental treatment. The results are wonderful, I didn't expect my teeth to look this good again at my age (62). I am actually looking forward to regular check ups and hygienist appts with the aim of keeping my teeth looking good for as long as possible. I now feel confident again when I smile and that feeling is priceless! Everything about this dental practice is 5 star, from the minute you enter the waiting room to the receptionist customer care when you are leaving.

I recently had some dental work carried out by Vasile. He was so knowledgeable and reassuring, he spent time explaining the holistic values of keeping your mouth healthy and has great digital equipment which is fascinating. His team are equally reassuring, friendly. His music and videos while he works help with MY anxiety! I no longer dread dental visits

The surgery is clean and modern and equipped with the latest technology that helps speed up the process. Time is taken to patiently explain procedures and answer questions or concerns, making the whole experience feel safe and efficient. I came to KDP after a life time of NHS dentistry so I wasn't sure what to expect. At KDP the technology is impressive although not 100% reliable (nothing is!). There is a price list and I am fortunate in being able to afford the fees which are unsurprisingly far higher than NHS fees. I now have bridges filling in the gaps that my NHS treatment had left. The bridges aren't as good at chewing the food as I would like but they are a big improvement on the gaps that they have replaced. I would have appreciated some good quality printed information sheets about the treatment I was offered because I didn't understand or remember everything that was explained to me verbally. If that had been provided I would probably have awarded 5 stars.
