Hannah has been the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I genuinely couldn’t ask for better care. Every appointment with her has been calm and straightforward because she takes the time to talk me through what she’s doing and why. What stands out most is how gentle and reassuring she is. I used to feel really neevous when going to the dentist but with Hannah I feel completely at ease. She notices the small things, explains everything in a way that makes sense, and makes the whole experience feel much less stressful. I always leave feeling that she’s done a thorough job and that my teeth are in good hands. She’s kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she treats. I’m grateful to Hannah and all the staff within the practice and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Attended the practice on Wednesday 15th of October for my appiontment with Callum. It was lovely to see the new look of the recently tastefully decorated and refurbished reception area, its a lovely welcoming space to sit in, lots to look at and read while waiting for your appointment. Would like to give a mention to the reception staff who always welcome me with a genuine warm friendly greeting, and to my dentist Callum , thanks for always caring and being supportive during my treatments. I would recommend this practice especially for people like me who may be nervous about dental appointments.

Was very nervous of the dentist(hadnt been in 23 years), eventually booked in with Rebecca Smith as wanted composite bonding due to my teeth been worn. Was advised they would need straightened but first needed a couple of fillings and a tooth out. At all times Rebecca had me at ease, carrying out the work on a small scale to begin with.. After my 3rd visit I was completely at ease, no more fear. Everyone encountered was polite and professional at all time I then went on a journey of invisaline and then whitening over the past 9-10 months, and eventually got the bonding done. And wow what a difference, I cant thank Rebecca and the staff enough.

Love this dental office! The receptionists are always super friendly and helpful, and my dentist, Rebecca, is amazing — gentle, professional, and really cares about her patients. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Im one year in of having 2 dental implants , its quite scary when you read what it entails but honestly ,it felt no different to any other treatments ive had at the dentist , ive had no problems whatsoever, they are super strong and look great, extremely professional staff on all counts ,im contemplating more !

I have always been a nervous patient at the Dentist. I was greeted by the lovely Reception staff and in particular Claire, who consistently welcomed me with a smile; answered my questions and is truly a customer facing ambassador for your practice. On my yearly checkup Claire was exactly the same smiley self and remembered me. As a nervous patient, Claire and the other reception ladies really set the tone upon arrival. I was able to overcome my nervousness and continue on to have dental implants, which has transformed my life. Thank You Claire and your reception colleagues, you are all truly valued.
