My 8 year old daughter needed some fillings, we signed up, had her initial assessment and the fillings were done within a week. The staff were lovely especially Sara (dental therapist) and Zeeshan (nurse). Sara explained in detail to my daughter what was happening and what tools she was using which was great as she had only ever had a checkup before now. In and out within 30 minutes. If I had 1 small issue it was that ive made 3 appointments for 2 different children and all 3 times they've called to reschedule their appointments. Hopefully they can fix this issue in future but overall im very happy with the service provided.

Very attentive a good experience as like a lot of people nervous about going to the dentist especially after 7 years. Dentist was very good and explained further treatment and gave both options of a Basic clean via NHS or a deep clean. Going private for the deep clean and polish as after not being to a dentist for over 7 years it's worth the extra expense in my view.

Went for 4 fillings and a scale and polish. Receptionist was very pleasant and appointment started on time. Adnam was excellent. He had some chat about my recent birthday and then started my clean and polish. Then he went to the fillings. His assistant was also excellent by the way. The whole session lasted 40 minutes or so and I never felt a thing. At one point I could feel I was drifting towards sleeping! I kept awake and the procedure was finished. Excellent from start to finish. A real professional but also a smile on Adnan’s face. John Cox

First appointment today with the lovely dentist she explained clearly the treatment I’d need and the options available to me. I was made to feel really comfortable and given the opportunity to think about each option and which would better suit me. The costs were explained clearly and next appointment was made on leaving and not having to wait long to be seen again. Thank you.

Have now been to the Smile Clinic 3 times and always found the staff friendly and helpful. I have just had a double extraction which was not straightforward as both teeth were broken at the gum line. I can't fault the dentist, he took great care to make sure all went smoothly and I had considered all options available for a successful conclusion. My one observation is allow your self plenty of time for your visit.

very friendly staff, lovely dentist, personally as a former dental nurse, i didn’t feel that the exam was very thorough. no periodontal (BPE) / gum exam was done, no mouth cancer screen, also seems that x rays are not the regular thing. i understand dentists do things different however considering this is a private clinic i would’ve expected something a bit more thorough.

2nd time at this practice, Muhammad explained every little detail as what has to occur and why. (and it was very easy step by step to understand) Ive to book my next appointment very soon, and will be following his advice as the treatment steps move forward. Thank for the explanation 🙏 and making things simple to understand. It has made me more sure of what will occur to achieve the end result.

I had my first appointment here and it was lovely. The staff were so friendly and professional. The dentist went through my treatment options and made sure I understood everything thoroughly. The clinic is clean and sanitary. Definitely recommend!
