I had an early appointment this morning, all 3 of the reception staff where so friendly and welcoming. They asked me to fill a couple of forms in. I had a question which they answered no problem. It was so clean warm and friendly. Which helps so much when your a little nervous. The dentist and nurse where excellent. And explained everything stage by stage. And again the reception staff where lovely and friendly and booking again in 6 months. Thank you for making me feel so welcome 🙏 🤗

I had my first appointment at Bupa Dentist, Dover today, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. My dentist, Prianka, was thorough and clear in explaining the treatments, while also being warm and approachable. The dental assistant was friendly and supportive, making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I was welcomed by an exceptionally friendly and helpful reception team, which made the whole visit completely stress-free. A genuinely great experience – thank you!

I’m not a patient but called up to see if they could sell small amount of wax to protect my son’s mouth from his braces. They were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend their customer service.

I could not be more thankful to staff for their help and support today. I popped in this morning having been suffering with tooth ache all weekend hoping I might get an appointment later in the week. They managed to squeeze me in at lunchtime today and now I am back home having had my tooth extracted. The reception staff at the surgery are always extremely polite and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond where possible. I didn’t see my normal dentist today (apologies I didn’t get her name) but she was also excellent and made a very nervous and pain intolerant customer as relaxed, positive and informed as possible. Five star service as always at Bupa Dental Care Dover, from a very satisfied (albeit sore and sensitive) customer!

Debbie is absolutely amazing, she always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service whenever I pop in. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. I’ve been coming to this practice for a few years now and have consistently had positive experiences. Kelly is also super friendly and incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The dentist and hygiene staff are equally wonderful, highly skilled, caring, and always friendly. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and a genuinely friendly team.

I booked an emergency appointment due to discomfort on the ride side of my mouth. The team at Bupa Dental Care Dover were able to see me the same day for an appointment. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

First time being seen here, very welcoming reception staff. Lovely waiting room with comfy seating. Eleanor and Abbie were fantastic, thorough and gentle. If going to the dentist were to be an enjoyable experience, Bupa would nail it.
