Best in town! Jake has been brilliant and has helped me transform my smile to one I’ve always wanted. He’s great at what he does, always honest and always advises on what’s the best option for me, rather than just the easiest for him. The reception ladies and practice manager are all lovely, helpful and always ready to help. Thanks guys!

I went for a new starter check up. The place was clean, the dentist and his assistant was friendly. However, I found the receptionist to be rude and unpleasant. I asked a couple of questions regarding treatment and she was rude in her body language, tone and reply. When I asked about a particular treatment she rudely said ‘I don’t know you should have asked the dentist.’ Like okay then. Didn’t make my first dental trip there a nice one in the end. Other than that I’m pleased with the dentists comments about my teeth.

I've recently enrolled with Remarkable Smiles as my new dental practice. So far I've had 3 appointments. As a nervoud patient I was worried about starting with a new practice. So far I've been delighted with the service I've received. All the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. My dentist is very approachable and professional, whilst being reassuring. I've just started with Invisalign to straighten my teeth. The fitting process was efficient and I was kept informed with every step. Extremely happy so far.

I am always very anxious when I have a dentist appointment but I know that I am in safe hands in this practice. I am an NHS patient but know I will get a good, reliable service. Whenever something has to be done, the practice team puts me at ease, explains exactly what is happening and calms me. Really appreciate the fantastic service I am getting.

All staff are friendly, efficient and very thorough. The reception team will try and get you suitable appointments and even try and match your hygienist with the dentist check up. Dentists are lovely and pay attention to all details, so are the hygienists.Been with Remarkable Smiles for years , never had any issue 😊

Unfortunately this practise is proving to be unwilling to make small reasonable changes to their practises to be inclusive towards people with disabilities. Be careful, they openly talk about hidden practises and guidelines they work too and seemingly are unwilling to openly publish them. Their complaints manager shows no concern in the manner that they treat disabled patients and unapologetically continues to do so and ironically passes you through to the complaints system. Also beware they are happy to charge increased prices that haven't come into practise yet. Such a shame as I found the dentists and dental nurses to be friendly and competent. *EDIT* for the person who replied to my review. I was lead to believe that I had spoken to the complaints manager who was quite unbrute and unempathetic. I have made contact with the practice and left my details, please feel free to get in touch.
