A first class dentist. I've been a patient there for a number of years now and I have absolutely no concerns. In fact, I feel its now my forever central practice. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and dentist and bustiers have always been the same.

Mr Laurens is an exceptionally skilled dentist, he doesn't just do a filling, he sculptures it to look like a real tooth that you would have trouble to pick out from real teeth! He has also given me root canal treatment and extraction, all have been painless for me. Have been a patient here for over 15yrs i guess.

If I could score zero I would. I had good teeth before coming over to Laurens. He is very rude and aggressive and does not have a good patient manner. He is also very unhygenic as well not always using gloves which is a breach of conduct procedures and there is never any mouth wash. He replaced 28 year old white fillings that did not need replacing to generate income. I have since had two failed fillings that the new dentist describes as botched treatment. The first filling replaced in April 2023 failed less than 2 years later having previously lasted 28 years. A large cavity was underneath. He redid this charging me 600 in total I was not on benefits as he kept implying but paid for this out of my earnt income. He redid the same tooth again which has a massive hole when i had x rays done the other day and I am in significant pain in my jaw as the cavity is right next to my nerve and is very sensitive. The new dentist says I should complaiin but know it's a waste of time complaining to him and I have a further large cavity which he never picked up either and have been advised to sue such is the poor dental work of this dentist. I am confident the new dentist will do a good job. I don't' mind paying but want the work done properly and am an NHS patient at the new dentist. I was shocked when I saw the x rays of the cavity and it is a huge hole that he did not fill in properly. I begged them to take my mother as well and I have a conversation with a CFA solicitor for both myself and mum.
