This was my first time visiting for a dental check-up. I visited a few days ago. I had emailed beforehand about my condition, and although I don’t remember the dentists’ names, I’m sure they’ll remember me. The two female dentists were very helpful and understanding of my needs, which made everything feel a lot less scary. They also took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me really helpful feedback about my teeth. I kindly request and hope to receive the same support and adjustments in future appointments.

Wow! What an incredible service! I was blown away with the amount of traffic coming into the dentist and how quickly they worked through the patients in the waiting room. The process they have in place, made for a speedy and stress free experience. My husband was extremely nervous about his treatment and the team were exceptionally supportive. He is very pleased with his treatment and is finally pain free! Thank you! Keep up the great work guys!

Absolutely blown away at the service and treatment I received Friday , i phoned on the Thursday and got an appointment on the Friday for half 3. Before I’d even finished the form they give when you check in I was called up stairs. Answered a few questions and the young lady went and got the dentist straight in. Took a look in my mouth and then took me straight down for an x-ray no waiting around. Back in the room I was told I would need my wisdom teeth removed when would I be available? I said as soon as possible! Thinking in the next couple of days! she said she could get my seen in 20 minutes, I was shocked at how quickly everything was moving before I knew I was sat back in the waiting area for about 10 minutes before I was called in to have them removed! Each person that seen to me on Friday was so kind, friendly and very reassuring it was much appreciated! In and out with all that in between in 1 hour and 30 minute is service! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!! Thankyou Mr Bhandal and ur amazing team

Recently had 3 teeth extracted by this dentists and I cant recommend them enough. The receptionists and dentists alike are all very good. I was also made to feel really comfortable during and after my surgery and they made an overall horrible experience seem not so bad. Brilliant!

I had a root canal instrument removal and root canal done by the private endodentist Dr Sherif. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it was going to be a long and difficult task, but he surpassed my expectations. He was warm, kind and gentle, but more importantly he was professional, calm, patient, meticulous and was able to successfully remove the file from a very difficult position, and complete my root canal treatment. Im still in awe at how technical and strategic you have to be to perform these treatments. He really is the best in the Midlands!! I'm so grateful for him and his team and even more grateful that they were able to save my tooth.

I would highly recommend Imperial Dental Group. I took a very nervous and anxious husband to have a tooth removed and the staff were amazing, from the receptionist to the dentist. We were accessed very quickly and given several options. The dentist was amazing and was able to calm my husband and was very good at explaining what he was going to do. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely return if needed.

The Dental Team at Cradley Heath are amazing. From front of house to the Dental Team. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and didn’t make me feel bad. I was anxious about having teeth removed but they gave me ‘sedation’ and Local numbing (a lot of it!). They had a monitor nearby for safety. The first consult; they have the latest X-Ray Machine; so they get a full look. I’m going back there (I was referred to them by a dentist in Worcester). Bhandal Dental Practice (apart of Imperial Dental) – this practice is on 184 High Street. Is short walk from the train station. I recommend them. Thank you Team. I look forward to seeing you again. For note: I had poor dental hygiene due to MH & COVID lockdown. I also have a phobia of the dentist (I also had a really bad experience years ago). If you need dental care - go to them!

I visited here due to a referral on having a large tooth removed as my dentist couldn't freeze my mouth. I chose to be sedated. I was apprehensive as the surgery reception seemed chaotic but you were seen very quickly. I had an assessment then went back to have the tooth removed. It went really well and the team I saw were very professional. No after pain and no complications. Would definitely recommend if you need sedation.
