We’ve been with Claydon Dental for 2.5 years and are really happy with them. It’s not the cheapest dental practice, but I’m a firm believer in ‘you get what you pay for’. The service is unrushed, personable, and professional. They always listen to any dental concerns and questions I have, and act accordingly. They’re also really accommodating with my children - without being over the top - which makes visiting the dentist a positive experience for them.

I would highly recommended Claydon Dental, I have just finished my invisalign treatment with them. The team at Claydon Dental are fantastic, from the first phone call, I got a really good feeling about the practice, they were polite, informative and welcoming. Then when I went to meet the team it confirmed all of the above. My invisalign treatment has been seamless, to be honest I wish I had done it sooner. I have received great service throughout my treatment. So if you are looking for excellent service and welcoming atmosphere this is the dental practice for you. Thank you for giving me back my confidence.

Before visiting here, I was so nervous about going to the dentist even for a check up. Once I started having treatment here, everything changed. The staff here, at Claydon Dental, are always welcoming and gave me the reassurance I needed. One lady in particular gave me the confidence I needed and gave me great dental advice. The dentist who done all my treatment always made me feel relaxed even through the toughest parts of treatments. They've changed my life, and gave me confidence again and gave me a great new smile. 11/10 to these brilliant guys, keep it up!

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, spending over £4000 with this practice as well as referring family members for dental treatment. I feel very let down how I have been treated. I had invisalign in July 2020 and was only given one retainer which I was told I would be given two at the end of the course. Then before I went traveling for 7-8 months which was made very clear to the practice who seemed happy that I was going and knew my plan was to come back to finish my dental treatment plan. When I came back I rang up to book in for continuing treatment but was told my file had been archived and they will not be continuing with my treatment plan. I pointed out I was wrongly given only one retainer before travelling when it is stated on an email I would receive two. I was told I would have to pay £90 for a consultation with Christiaan and the prices for the agreed treatment would be higher and not honoured as agreed before I left. I was also told they will not be able to give me the other retainer I was meant to get in the Invisalign package; with no offers to rescan free of charge to correct this mistake they made. I was also told they are unable to contact Invisalign for getting the other retainer which I now know is untrue as Invisalign keep your details for 5 years from first treatment. I am shocked at this treatment as I have been with this practice for years but will be changing now from this horrible experience. I do not recommend this practice now it has changed hands.

Disappointed with the service I received at Claydon Dental. As a loyal customer, I went in for a filling. Now due to that filling I require root canal work. Not very accommodating outside of working hours. Had to take a day's annual leave for restorative work caused by filling pushing up too hard against the gum.

After the initial shock of being told I needed two crowns and root canal treatment, I’m delighted with the end result. Treatment by the team at Claydon was expensive and time consuming but meticulous and friendly.

I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Gareth at Claydon Dental and I am super happy!! The whole experience was great, if I had any questions everyone at Claydon Dental were more than helpful and really took their time explaining the process. I had another dental issue during my Invisalign journey and I needed root canal on my front tooth. I was so nervous about it but Gareth and his assistant really made me feel calm throughout which I really appreciated. The dental practice is so clean and very covid safe. I didn't realise you need to have frequent hygienist appointments throughout your Invisalign journey (however it does make sense) - but if you are considering Invisalign - bear the costs of this in mind too. The prices reflect the 10/10 service and treatment you receive, being a private dental clinic. Overall, I am so happy that I picked Claydon Dental for my Invisalign and would highly recommend their services to everyone. Thanks again! Lauren
