I'm not happy with this NHS mydentist clinic. I used to go to this clinic for free, but they discharged me because I couldn't keep an appointment once for a serious reason. Now I go to this clinic for private care. I'm a single mother raising a disabled child. I waited for years to be put back on the waiting list, but they never put me on the free waiting list again. A filling chipped in my tooth. I felt really bad in my mouth, and my tongue was pricking against the tooth. I made an appointment and paid in advance. I waited two weeks for an appointment, and when I got to the doctor, he said I didn't need anything done. I asked him again to fix the tooth, but he told me the same thing. I'm very unhappy with this clinic! They don't even want to do anything for money. I came in for two minutes and left. They're just getting their big paycheck. That same day, I went to another private dental clinic and made an appointment. It's a shame that this clinic treats people like that. I was very upset that day.

Can't thank Esmea and Frankie enough for all the hard work they have put in with my partner. Esmea has the patients of a saint! Over the last 7+ months they've managed to get my partner from not even opening his mouth, to now having a full set of teeth, which if I'm honest I didn't think would ever happen. Both in my opinion have gone above and beyond to make this happen and we couldn't be more thankful for this. Thanks guys he's now smiling so much more than he ever did. Martin & Natalie

Phoned practice at 10am on a Friday morning after toothache was getting worse. Receptionist took details and said she would get back to me. Received a call back about 20 minutes asking if I could make 4pm and they would squeeze me in WOW. I then received a call at approximately 12.15pm saying they had a cancellation and could I make it down now. Arrived about 12.45 and straight in and sorted. Den was absolutely first class as always but the whole team went over and above and I am now free of pain for the weekend. Thank You

I went for an emergency tooth extraction after being referred by 111 and the service was amazing 👏 🤩 Damaged tooth was out in seconds, painless and fuss free after a course of antibiotics given beforehand by the dentist. Thank you so much. If Heineken made dentists.... 9.9/10 Top banana 🍌

Hello, my evaluation today wasn't very good. I have some language difficulties; I don't speak it fluently. The doctor didn't have the patience to try to understand or help me. I said I'd call my husband to help me with the language, but he wouldn't let me. He gave me my evaluation and wrote on the paper that next time I'd need an interpreter. I know I'm wrong because I don't speak the language well. But if I go to a clinic, it's because I need help, but I didn't find it. On the contrary, I left more frustrated than when I arrived. Anyone who works with the public needs to be patient. I hope I never have to see such a rude and impolite doctor again.

Private patient as don’t take nhs, Charged me for an appointment, said I didn’t attend left a message on there voicemail to cancel appointment two days before. Sent email about rebooking never replied and still holding my money. I would like my money back now please? Called up for an emergency appointment they said 6 weeks! Please can you contact me to arrange my money back as I will not be returning. I gave you enough notice to cancel my appointment as I was in hospital - it’s not my fault you don’t check your messages left on the phone. I have prove of email I sent as well. Very unhelpful receptionist, this seems to be a common problems maybe some new receptionists with empathy. I called two other dentist surgery after and they were lovely and tried their best to arrange an appointment. Please listen the reviews, they need a change of staffing at reception. They won’t try and help they’ll just take your money.

I.went to your dentist yesterday for an emergency appointment and payed £125.for the problem .When I got in they I got spoke to like I was a little girl. And got told off This is why i dont go as i am scared after haveing a tooth pulled out by another dentist years ago The dentist nurse was not much better... she let him talk to me like that.When he handed me a treatment plan which I didn't want at the time I wanted the problem sorted out what I went they for I felt like I got put on the spot.i am not happy at all with the way I was spoke to.I am a private patient as well paying Money ....I have not had a phone call or a email with an apology..All I.can say is if you pick this dentist .Good luck.They are very lucky I.have not said who the dentist was.This is the 2nd time I have seen him for emergency treatment and been spoke like a child

Today I saw Nick for a root canal. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Completely pain free as he waited for the area to go numb. My last review was 1 star due to a poor experience when I needed an emergency appointment and couldn't get one and had to go through 111.
