The dentist I have seen in recent years, Francisca, is great - really friendly, puts you at ease, and offers sound advice. I feel like she has been completely open and honest with me and not given me advice based on making Bupa more money, but rather for the benefit of my teeth - so that's nice too. My only criticism is that some of the receptionists are a bit blunt and speak to you as if you have inconvenienced them (hence the one missing star) but I will be coming back because Francisca is great.

Asked to been seen as in a lot of pain even said I’d pay for treatment and still refused. Looked for other dentist that are nhs and private to expensive. This place was cheapest but manager says no to treating me, This is all because I missed a few appointments there before when I was on there books. Disgusting treatment of someone is pain.

Been waiting for any sign of an appointment or help or even check up. I was supposed to get a root canal before quarantine and now they're reopen I still have to wait for them to get the "proper equipment" even though other dental surgeries, 111, 999 and the hospital have told me they all have the equipment and if my dentist is open, so do they. I was supposed to get a call today so I cancelled all my plans and sat at home and waited. And waited. And waited some more. I waited until about 30-40 minutes before they closed, called them up and it wasn't even going to voicemail, they let it ring until it hung up, this happened over and over until they closed which it then switched to the "I'm sorry we're busy with other patients right now" voicemail tune which honestly is so horrendously arrogant and patronising that it astounds me it's even being played to me. Tldlr: They weren't open when I needed them and now they are they won't help anyway.

Received emergency treatment here today, everyone is fast, friendly and efficient. Francisca clearly explained the source of the pain and my options. Highly recommended.

Find the practice very helpful and there communication is very good. They're very close to appointment times. I enjoy going there....... If there's enjoyment in going to the dentist 😁

Awful service of late. I know there is a pandemic but come on now cancelled my children's and my appointments at least twice now. Been over a year since we been seen. Yes is just a check up but let's face it just not good enough
