Boston Dental Care

Just telephoned Boston Dental Care for help and advice and the lady who answered my call was amazing, friendly and knew what she was talking about. I cannot thank or rank them any higher than perfect :)

I had an emergency appointment the receptionists both were amazing, in the space of 5 minutes I called a few times my card was playing up (my fault not theres) so I spoke to both - both very polite, helpful & they got me an appointment straight away. I was seen by deepa. She is an amazing dentist, sorted a plan of action yesterday & this morning took my tooth out. I was super nervous & she put me at ease. Friendly calm & made sure I was in no pain at all. Deepas assistant was also very friendly. Thank you for taking my pain away. i certainly was in a lot of pain, and making my dentist experience lovely. I was terrified. Deepa talked me through it all. Definitely will only use this dentist from now on. Thanks to everyone today.

This is the best dental care ive ever experienced. From reception to the dentist herself, treatment is excellent. I recently had some work done on my teeth by the nicest dentist. So kind ,informative all the way through and the most gentle..This beautiful lady takes the worry out of dental care. I can't praise her enough. Always remembers me ( unsure why haha) asks about your life & how you've been A real friendly approach. Its 5 stars plus from me ! Thank you Aman Sabih you are amazing So are my teeth!!!

The dentist I see is absolutely brilliant, she's kind and and caring, she takes your best interest at heart, the receptionist is brilliant at answering all the calls and answering all the questions

Amazing dentists, been coming here for years, I have two daughters with learning difficulties and Antonio is amazing with them, I myself have a huge fear of dentists and he has helped me so much, Sam is always so thoughtful and goes the extra mile to accommodate our needs, she always has a smile and is a great person to settle nerves, she is an asset , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dentist practice , thankyou…..as always for a pleasant check up - the Standish’s 😊

Absolutely brilliant dentist. Was looking for a new dentist and initially on speaking to the lovely receptionist made me decide to go with this practice. The receptionist are lovely polite caring and helpful. Fitted me in so quickly with a broken tooth. The dentist Deepa when I saw her was fantastic. So lovely and explained everything thoroughly and made me so at ease. Highly recommend this practice.

Had a hygienist appointment today with Peace, such a welcoming lady, made me feel at ease, explained everything and allowed me to have a moment if I needed it, great experience

All of the staff were exceptional in their roles. Lead receptionist Sam was friendly, welcoming and very informative when explaining the difficulties which the practice was experiencing in trying to recruit NHS dentists. Her advice gave reassurance that patients would be looked after and contacted as soon as possible for future appointments. The dental nurse was very chatty, and I can imagine would put nervous patients at ease. The dentist was very thorough, explained the procedure to be done, and acted in a kind and totally professional way. I have received first class treatment from a first class team. Thank you to each and everyone of you. 26/7/2023. Again first class service, from a first class team. We are lucky to have such dedicated staff to care and advise everyone. Friendly atmosphere from moment you walk through the door. The Duty of Care given is exceptional. Thanks everyone.
