Rai Dental Surgery

Been going to the dentist since i was a child for general things and have always had great care (had fillings, root canal and general check ups and hygienist). Recently had some cosmetic work done here (teeth whitening and composite bonding to fill a tooth gap). So please with the result - very natural looking and matched my teeth perfect amazing result. The whole team is lovely and calming. Jag is an amazing dentist and really nice guy would recommend him to anyone. Cheryl on reception is great too, nice to be greeted with a friendly face.

Excellent dental surgery. My very first appointment was an emergency visit which they accommodated in an extra time slot early morning. Consequent bookings were a breeze. The receptionists are always friendly and patient, there are small items behind the till I purchase sometimes to support my dental cleaning routine. The waiting room and the toilet are clean, plenty of light through the big windows, calm friendly environment. The hygienists are very patient, constantly supporting and explaining the steps of the procedure. I received useful tipps. The dentist, Jag, really takes care of his patients. There are always gentleness, kindness, constant feedback on what happens, really helpful instructions during treatment, breaks if necessary, discussion on treatment options. I am always nervous to turn up, but then I don't want to leave the chair...

Never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Jag and the team really look after you. I came for an emergency appointment a few weeks back and the care I received was amazing. Rai Dental is now my permanent dentist. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been waiting for a referral for a wisdom tooth removal from the hospital for 4 weeks but got it taken out in 2 minutes didn't even realise it was out! AMAZING!!!!

Very disappointing I want to share a warning to save others from the heartbreak I experienced. This dental practice seemed absolutely amazing—the very best, making me feel relieved, excited, and genuinely happy after going through their entire process. Their kindness and professionalism raised my hopes so high. But only 48 hours later, I found out they are accepting NHS patients only if they are children. This shocking news completely devastated me. All my hopes were destroyed, and I’m left extremely disappointed. Please don’t go through what I did. This misleading situation has caused me deep sadness, and I want others to be warned so they don’t face the same crushing letdown.

Can’t recommend Jag and the team highly enough. Have been going to Jag since he was a student dentist and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a dental emergency at the weekend where half my tooth broke off and Jag was able to see me quickly and fix the issue kindly, gently and in a caring manner. My tooth was fixed on the same day, without any numbing (at my request) and was mostly painless! My tooth is perfect and you can’t even tell it has a filling in it (see photos). I had high anxiety after a few bad experiences with previous dentists so highly recommend Jag if you are anxious or nervous about dentist. He is very kind, patient, caring, calming and offers options for you to choose how you want to proceed. Special mention to Cheryl for always being kind, helpful, warm and welcoming. Thank you all again you are amazing!
