My Dentist (Kim), Ruth (Dental Hygienist) Dental Nurses, and Receptionists were just the best at Brucegate Dental Practice. As an anxious patient it had been some time since I last visited a Dentist therefore I was very apprehensive regarding some essential dentistry work which needed to be undertaken. I would highly recommend this practice for its professionalism, friendliness, and positivity, and for making an anxious patient feel at ease during both procedures.

Delighted with the service that this Dental Practice provides: my wife and I are both on an insurance policy managed by the practice, which gives us peace of mind, and effectively, free treatment and two check-ups each year. - It's well worth the monthly premium! What's more, the staff are fabulous in my opinion too; from Jackie and Andrea on reception, with a kindly and professional style the moment you walk in, to Kim & Sarah et al, the practice dentists and their peers, together with all the dental assistants, (Sky, Abby, Emma, Amy and others I can't remember!), plus all hygene and support staff, etc. Excellent, a first class practice!

This practice is superb. All the professionals are caring, patient and friendly. They provide an outstanding service from the reception staff to the nurses and clinical staff. They make you feel that your care is individualised and discuss treatment plans with you thoroughly. An excellent practice and I would not entertain being treated by anyone else. TG Jones

Never ever thought I’d put the words ‘great’ and ‘dentist’ next to each other in the same sentence but they are! Lovely people and surroundings and Sarah has somehow managed to dispel the uncomfortable feelings left from childhood experiences. She is gentle, caring, empathetic, approachable and funny too whilst always being totally professional and informative. Thank You.

First class surgery, always a welcome from the receptionists, no need for any worries, Kim and her assistant immediately make you feel comfortable every confidence in them, great backup communication via email, problem free dentistry
