The guy who first gave me wifi service tower did not tell me the correct price I was gonna be charged. Failed to hook it up. Had to come back to the store and get a whole new tower. And some how raised my price on my cell phone bill after telling me I was gonna save money after having service for 7 years now my bill is higher and no help in fixing it.
