I had never been to his office but I had a tooth break off and called, they got me in right away, the same day. I cannot come close enough to express how wonderful these people are. Dr. Glenn is so amazing, compassionate, reassuring, and gentle. I am completely amazed and thankful. He and all his staff genuinely care about their patients. After breaking off a tooth, I set up an appointment with Dr. Glenn Lance in Nashville, AR. His staff got me in promptly. After consulting with Dr. Lance we agreed on a plan for him to extract 7 teeth and design a partial plate. Dr. Glenn was very professional and so friendly...thanking me several times for making the trip from De Queen. He removed my teeth with no pain. He is a top notch dentist and I highly recommend him. All personnel are professional, courteous and friendly. This office does not overbook patients as I am always seen at my appointed time. Hygienist are gentle but thorough. Dr. Lance is very compassionate and professional. If there is work to be done on your teeth and there is more than one option available, Dr. Lance presents all options and let's you decide which way to go. I've been to a number of different Dentists due to job transfers and Dr. Lance is by far heads above all the others I've seen. I recommend Dr. Lance and his entire office if you're looking for great dental care.

I was seeing another dentist 45 minutes away. My husband starting going to Dr. Lance and he was 3 times cheaper than the one I was seeing. He is a very compassionate human being, all of the staff are just as caring. The hygienist I seen was very careful and just as caring. She prescribed me Floride toothpaste to keep from getting cavities in between my teeth. No one has ever prescribed me that before. They are definitely here to help you and not just take your money. Highly recommend

Dr. Lance is one of the most compassionate individuals I have ever known. During the 20 or so years as my dentist, I have never given any thought to seeing another dental professional. His Hygienists are caring professionals who are gentle and always pleasant. Other professional services he has performed for me over the years include fillings, a bridge, installing caps, and most recently he fitted me with four new implants and I am now in the process of being fitted for the fifth. He did an outstanding job and I have had no complications from the procedure.
