Very very upset at the experience that me and my children just had. The lady cleaned his teeth perfectly and was nice. The dentist was very sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. He was telling my child a method that he preferred to help her teeth stay clean. I asked him what is the ratio because I didn't want anything bad to happen to her teeth. I told him that when I was told the recommendation that it put holes in my teeth, so I wanted to make sure I didn't do things wrong. He proceeded to say that's impossible and that it's untrue what I was saying. I was honestly just trying to be a GREAT MOM and not let anything bad happen to her teeth, not he said I was lying. He asked my son if he wanted to be a rapper and was shocked because I said lawyer. He made a weird face at me. Then on my last son( in the next room) he said he had more discipline and told me my options. Still being rude. Told my son no sugary drinks. My son told him we only drink water. He walks out the room and tells the dental assistant, "she didn't get decay from baking soda". A comment that I never even said. I'm a 40 year old woman with 3 kids. That only drinks water so yes it was a real question. I didn't expect to be talked to with such disrespect. At the end he said it's his degree, but that wasn't the question. Some of us just want help to help our children. Not to be made fun of. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! We don't want people like this even around our children. Please learn to respect people!!!!

Have a tooth broken off in my mouth in a Friday. Their sign says they close at t5 so I show up at 4:20 to get some antibiotic or someone. They have a emergeegy number in the door that says call if an emergency. I've called over and over and get sent to voice mail. No one cas contacted me and I'm self pay I've payed over 700 in one month. Even though they are expensive I stay loyal now I'm going to have to go all weekend hurting with the abscess tooth because they refuse to call me back. It isn't like they don't know that my tooth is bad that needs to be pulled but I'm assuming they just really don't care they're off work. Seriously thinking about switching dentist I love Sheila she's been great to me and I loved Dr sizelle he's been nothing but good to me but this time it really shows me how much I actually care about their patients. All I need is a call back to see if they can call me in something and then they will be left alone by me until I go in to get my tooth pulled. It's been a horrible situation thay have put me in

Front desk reception very friendly. Support staff was awesome, and Dr. Sitzes did a terrific job removing a tooth for me. I’m absolutely terrified to go see any dentist, but I walked out of his office smiling. I had a pain free experience. He was efficient and entertaining. I’ve found my forever dental office. I've been going to him since I was a child and will continue on into adulthood. I was pleased to find out that he takes adult Medicaid, as my family has relied on him since I was in my youth and me being 26 and putting my teeth through hell I'm glad that I finally have dental insurance again and am able to see such an awesome DR. Idk what that review was down below but I remember how much patience he had with me as a child and how comfortable he made me feel. They would always turn the TV on and talk to me, make sure I was happy before they did anything so much as a simple cleaning. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about the well being of his patients. This is an example of a man who truly loves his job and isn't just there for the money. 10/10 recommend over Smiles of Arkansas.

I love this place normally, Dr Sitzes is great.. Sheila is also great.. The other girls I don't care too much for. I don't know if this girl had alcohol in her drink (I'm serious) but while I was gassed up they were talking about stuff that mixes well with their drinks. They even did a little gesture to me like "cover your ears". I seriously would have them tested AT WORK. I know one of the girl's names. Of course they got real quiet when the Dr came in. I was also having a bad time with the gas, but I don't think it was their fault. I had 2 teeth pulled, hours later I call asking am I getting any antibiotics or pain meds? they say ohhh yeah we'll call that in. Hours later I'm in a lot of pain, I call my pharmacy and they've received NOTHING. I call back and Sheila fixes me up, bless her ♥️ not 30 min after my prescription is ready. Besides Sheila and Dr Sitzes, I would not recommend coming here.

Would not go to a different dentist office! His Work is simply outstanding! From fillings to Wisdom tooth extractions I’ve stepped out of his office satisfied and without pain. Plus all his office is Marvel-ous! (Pun Intended) Kids and grownups watch movies while getting their teeth worked on!

Dr. Sitzes has done root canals for me, fillings, crowns, and wisdom tooth extractions. He warned me prior to one that the root arrangement might require an oral surgeon, but we decided he would attempt it. He was so careful---it was actually quick, and I didn't even know when he got it out! He's always attentive if I indicate that I still have even slight feeling during any procedure. He'll stop immediately and give more deadening. My husband went to him recently, and he could not believe the ease with which he extracted a tooth! We both highly recommend him.

Over all great experience. Staff was welcoming and understanding. My dental work was great as well. If you have to go to a dentist in or around Nashville this is where to go. Pretty cool offices too if I must say.
