Great service today! Dr. Miles was friendly & quick. His dental assistant Greenly was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable & welcomed, she answered any questions I had, and told me step by step how everything would go. She was very attentive and cares about her patients! Thank you for making my visit so much more relaxed & comforting, Greenly!

I have the absolutely worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Joe, and his team, took there time, explained everything in deep detail, answered all 700 of my questions, dealt with me acting like a big man baby, and got my wisdom teeth pulled out and I felt Nothing. The shot hurt but ain’t no avoiding that. On the other side of my mouth where I didnt Have prior pain it didn’t hurt at all. From the medical part to the simple listening, not rushing me, and letting me be comfortable I’m extremely grateful. I pushed This off for years because I was So nervous about it. They got it done. Made it as easy as possible. Super grateful for this team. Thank yall so much.

Dr Miles is 5 stars. However, when I went to schedule multiple appointments today, Whitney was very argumentative and said she couldn't schedule me without a treatment plan. Really That's new. I've been using Dr Miles as my dentist for YEARS, and he, in fact, diagnosed a condition I have that the doctors missed, so he's excellent. But, I've decided that arguing isn't something I want to do, and scheduled with someone else this time. It's a shame.

He worked a miracle on my teeth !! I’ve been turned down for braces al my life and wanted them bad. But he took me in , they are affordable and every time there is a problem I just call and he fixes it ! Even when he pulled my wisdom teeth, he called my phone to check on my well-being. He has a couple of nurses that are nice (the one not to long ago had a baby ☺️ I love heerrrrr) , it’s on nurse who is rude and don’t even know how to do most of the ortho work (like stop if you don’t know how it hurts and I’ll bite you on purpose!) the nurses at the reception I love them !! They always work my appointments around my work schedule ! Overall I absolutely love this dentist office and have recommended a few friends to go here for teeth cleaning , wisdom teeth pulling, and the whole nine !

Finding a good & caring Dentist around here is hard. & I am so happy I landed Dr. Miles by word of mouth. Such amazing service from Dr. Miles & his staff. I recommend 110% to everyone.

My experience with Dr. Joe Miles was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. They made my dental visit and dental procedure very soothing and comfortable. I personally enjoyed watching the natural scene of the Bee hive outside, while getting my dental work done.

I went to dr miles for a filling that was falling out. They did an xray of my problem area and found one of my fillings was partially out and another was about to come out. They did an estimate and I was like great let's get this fixed. I did not know until right before they put the gas on me that he was removing a wisdom tooth as well which WASNT EVEN BOTHERING ME. I was also not deadened completely when he pulled said tooth. Almost a week later I'm still in a fair amount of pain so I call a different dentist(bc there was no way I was going back to this barbaric hack) and they tell me I can make an appt but depending on what he filed on my insurance they may not cover any procedures. So I call my insurance company and come to find out I have a $50 deductible and they charged me $126 after insurance. So. 1 they overcharged me. 2 he did an unnecessary extraction. 3 apparently doesn't know how to apply lidocaine correctly. BOTTOM LINE.....FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST.
