I have no dental insurance. I could not have been more impressed. For $29.00 the exam is so extremely thorough with a full work up and multiple thorough x-rays. The staff are incredibly wonderful and so very kind. I would recommend them to anyone. I have already told everyone I know! Even when I get insurance, they will definitely remain my go to dentistry! It was my first experience and I can’t wait to get started. Very nice and attentive staff. All smiles. I made them aware that I have aniexty very bad when it comes to dental work but luckily I don’t have much work to be done and with what I was needing done they didn’t try to pressure me into getting things done that I wasn’t comfortable with. They answered all of my questions and educated me about all of my options. They even did a few things that I had never heard of. The cost is what I was nervous about however they broke it down for me well Ms. Brittany most definitely did and I was able to breathe and relax with the cost as well as knowing that I’ll get my beautiful smile back! Everyone from check-in, X-rays tech, and everyone else including the Dr, was amazing. I probably should have gotten everyone’s name but I will when I comeback next week!

I was immediately greeted upon arrival. I treated well and understood what my plan was for my teeth. The process was fairly quick. They had options for my teeth situation and were very straightforward and thorough with the future treatment needed for my teeth. I enjoyed my visit.

They told us we would make partial payment at our second visit, but then wanted it on the initial visit. I don’t like being done that way. But the dentist and assistants were great. And Abby who adjusted the dentures was fantastic!

Aspen of Jonesboro makes you feel comfortable and at home. Probably the greatest experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Non judgemental, elaborate and detailed with treatment for the healthiest mouth possible. Very very pleased with the speed as well, especially with only 1 dentist available and a building full of clients.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aspen Dental. They diagnosed me with gingivitis and charged me for a “specialized cleaning” that I later learned I didn’t actually need. It felt like they were more focused on selling as many additional services as possible rather than providing honest care. The constant upselling made it hard to trust their recommendations, and I left feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here

I am very pleased with the entire staff from the young lady at the front desk to every person I came into contact with… I wasn’t expecting things to move as quick and efficiently as it did and to find out I will have my flipper in 8 days was amazing to me!! I look forward to my future treatments and having my smile back again!! 😊
