Hubbard Dental Care: Hubbard Robert DDS

Dr Hubbard did a great job with my new dentures. I needed a couple of adjustments and was greeted with smiling faces, by everyone, each time I came in. This is a perfect place for someone who needs dentures. I would highly recommend this dentist. Dr Hubbard has a great bedside manner. Thank you. JR

My husband and I have been going here for several years now and have nothing negative to say. My cleanings and fillings have all went really well. I recently switched my kids over from a local pediatric dentist and they did great with them. Even my autistic child with extreme dental anxiety did really great with Dr Hubbard! He and his staff are always very friendly too.

I love this place! The waiting room is so nice and cozy and everyone was so cheerful and kind. I had to get two teeth pulled and they kept me well informed in what they were doing and made sure I was doing ok. I have always been nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but not here.

I took my son to Hubbard. He was petty and rude as was his assistant. There was a concern about his blood pressure which was high bc he was very nervous. There could be no conversation about it because they were over talking and refused to let me ask any questions. The assistant kept repeating 2 sentences talking to me like I was a slow learning child. Hubbard came out like a bouncer asking what was going on. Ah, your assistant is repeating 2 sentences over and over and I am frustrated not getting any real answers. Hubbard could only say, so what do you want me to do. Knowing he said they wouldn't treat him bc of his blood pressure. But he kept saying so what do you want me to do. It was weird and uncomfortable so we left. The next day I went to another dentist who sent us straight to an oral surgeon. We thought he had a broken tooth but he had broken tooth roots in 2 teeth. Those teeth needed to be surgically removed. He was in severe pain, there was an abcess and he had not put him on antibiotics. Thank God, that his blood pressure was high that day. He was being protected from Hubbard who was going to pull one tooth and who knows what complications might have happened. Hubbard was not able to read the xray to diagnose the problem. It took the other dentist 5 seconds to see the problem and identify the fact he needed a specialist and put him on antibiotics. The rich part is that 2 days after our visit Hubbard sent me a letter telling us to seek a new dentist. I am not his patient, my son was a new patient on his 2nd visit and my husband has been his patient for 3 years. Never mind he was not present for any of this he was still fired by Hubbard. He said we had poor communication. Like I would ever set foot in his office again. He stood in his doorway with his arms crossed and one leg crossed in front of the other like he was posing for a senior picture. One thing I noticed here is how long the posts are of unhappy clients. That is because when its bad time is taken to express the situation to help people make a good decision.

I have seen this dentist a few times. The 1st time he seemed helpful and kind. But this last visit he was in a bad mood. I was a little nervous coming in but the assistant was very kind and we had a great conversation about random things. I felt calm and ready. When Hubbard came in to test if I was numb, I admit I did flinch some when I felt pain and he got really upset and he was close to face and said that he only works on calm patients. He said rudely that I could either go home and come back another day or laughing gas or oral surgeon, He said rudely and mean that me being anxious is causing me not to be numb. I then agreed to have laughing gas. Once again I felt calm and relaxed. He tested the tooth and I slowly raised my left hand to show I felt pain like he asked me to and he loudly put down the tool and rudely said “well let’s call that a day!” And walked out. Zero patience, Zero empathy. The assistant said you do have an infection and that can cause you not to numb and she went to get a prescription from him. I held in crying until I got to the car.

I wanted to give a Huge Shout out to Hubbard dental Care!! Im so Happy I found this Place!! Amazing Staff. AWESOME Dentist. Robert is Amazing 👏 I was having trouble finding a dentist. Good office. This place answered my prayers. Thank you. 😊

I set up an appointment and went in the next day. I was treated we respect and kindness. When I went in after signing some papers the nurse was very nice treated me very kindly and explained everything in detail. The doctor was kind and very professional. The both treating me with respect and made small talk and made me feel comfortable and made sure that I was there #1 concern for the time that I was in there. I was not in there very long ( like 35 minutes at most) and they all did their jobs perfectly. If anyone in looking for a dentist then this is the perfect place.

Staff was very kind and sympathetic of my pain . They worked me in very quick and was in and out with no more pain. So thankful for the great service and kindness. Thank you all so much!! I would tell anyone to just go see the excellent service and happy staff at Hubbard clinic. You won't regret a second of it. Can't say enough about them!!!! It was such a great experience for me. Once again thank you for your excellent service and wonderful staff.
