I was looking for a family dental service for an emergency tooth pain. Assistance over phone to make appointments were very helpful and kind. Checking in was fast and friendly. Walking back to my room I was disappointed that they housed so many patients in the building for only 3 dentists. I understand they have multiple dental assistants who handle many things, but I was hoping I found an actual small clinic that didnt push people in and out. Everyone there was friendly and asked the right questions about my pain and history. The dentist did a great job getting both of the tooths out that had to be extracted even though one was being hard to remove. I especially appreciated the front lady who handled insurance battling with mine over the conflicting info from their website and what they reported to the dental office. I also appreciate the discount the office gave me because my dental insurance company was being so hard to work with and refused to cover any part of the work done that day. However, I did not like the hustle and bustle I felt "customers" going through as quickly as possible. I saw more movement from employees going from patient to patient as fast as possible and not so much connecting with patients. I explained how I do not need that much antiesthetic as I am not comfortable with it and have a high threshold for pain. They agreed to change the dose to one without the epi in it. However, they still gave me more than I needed, so much so it traveled all the way up my eye and temple. I have never had that much numbing meds before. It didn't affect my heart but I was very uncomfortable especially as I told them several times I had a pinched nerve that was affecting my facial muscles. Then the dentist was too busy with another patient to come in a timely manner that by the time he got to me he wanted to give me more. I told him I didnt need any more and thank the Lord he listened to me. I appreciate that. I like the people there for the most part and the work was good. However, I think I will keep looking for a more intimate dentist/patient experience that I am used to using.

My entire family moved to this dental clinic so that should give you an idea of how we feel. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming and friendly. My dentist gives very detailed explanations and always asks how I'm doing throughout the procedure. I've had a great experience since moving to this clinic

I had an emergency and needed to see a dentist quickly after finding out my current dentist no longer accepted my insurance I reached out to this dental office. I was seen promptly and my needs were met. They explained everything that I needed and the entire process. The office staff as well as the dental hygienist were extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this dental facility to everyone. They are prompt, helpful, and kind. They even called the place that they referred me to in order to get my appointment earlier than what I could've done on my own. This is great bunch of people that actually care.

Absolutely the best!! As someone who hates the dentist, Dr. J and his entire staff were incredible. I had to take my toddler and 1 year old and the girls all helped out with getting my boys situated and comfortable. Dr. J was fantastic. Kind, honest and super quick. Waiting time was virtually none

I had to drive around 30 mins to be seen here, and I am so glad I did! They were the only facility around my hometown that would accept my insurance. As a new patient the wait was going to be about a week, but then I got in earlier as an appt came available. Everyone from front desk, hygienists (Hope, Patience, and Tommy), and the dentist himself (DR. CHASE DIEMER, DDS) were professional, informing, calm, and gentle (as much as they could be). I would recommend Cabot Family Dental every time!!

Maria the dental hygienist was wonderful she clean my teeth so good I have one sensitive tooth she was so good I didn’t felt nothing my teeth was so white she is gentle she is my favorite !!! the office lady’s were very sweet all of them and I recommend Cabot Family Dentistry to everybody that wants the beautiful smile

I went for a cleaning and annual X-ray and it was the best dental experience I have had in over 7 years. The staff really listened to me and answered all my questions. One of the best experiences ever. Highly recommend.

LOVE CFD!!!!! I had a dental emergency this week and they got me in so fast. Everyone there was so nice. It was $200 cheaper than what they quoted me. Brittany was the first one I talked to on the phone and she was so sweet. I appreciate all of you!!!
