I had an incredible experience with Integrated Industry! They removed a root canal that had been giving me tremendous trouble for years, and it has been absolutely life-changing to finally have it taken care of. I also had my amalgam fillings safely removed, which made a huge difference in my brain clarity and overall health. Finally, I had ceramic implants placed, and they have been amazing — they look and feel so natural, and I love knowing I made a healthier choice for my body. The team was caring, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly holistic, high-quality dental care!

I had my first visit to Integrated Dentistry and am grateful to have found them so soon after relocating to NWA. Their commitment to holistic health and best practices are what we seek for our family. I would not typically say that a dental cleaning is my favorite activity, and yet I left the office smiling and joyful after my cleaning with Mary Jo yesterday. I appreciate Dr. Johnson’s commitment to real and enduring dental wellness and will definitely be a patient for years to come!

The dentist himself is great. Was everything I was looking for. Unfortunately their schedule is VERY full and they often cancel appointments and need to reschedule appointments that you had to make months in advance. It might be worth it for the integrative approach, but getting any sort of timely care was truly almost impossible. When I tried to address my concerns with a recent appointment needing to be rescheduled (again) on their part that I made almost 75 days in advance because it was his first available, I received a text saying "we are sorry we cannot accommodate your schedule." I went in for an additional treatment consultation and that is how I found out my upcoming appointment was overbooked. The treatment I needed was a timely need, the dentist agreed but once I was placed with scheduling it was going to be over 45 days to get in. I just wish this was an expectation set when I started. It feels like they have just taken on too large of a patient load. I think it’s important to note after seeing it in other previous reviews, the hygienist also messed up saving my xray scans and had to redo them. Which from a holistic perspective is very unideal and when I expressed this concern i was kind of laughed at. Take with that what you will.

The whole staff at Integrated Dentistry is wonderful! They saw my husband here recently on an emergency visit. All went great! Dr. Derrick Johnson is so professional, funny and very caring! Highly recommend coming here especially if you want to safely remove toxic mercury from your fillings like they did last year for my husband as well! God bless them all!

Dr. Johnson is thorough in his exams, friendly and professional. I am 75 years old, and have been struggling with health problems for the past few years. My husband and I are very impressed by Dr. Johnson's careful attention to applying the best possible holistic treatment for my denture procedures, and to my crowns. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I rate this office, on a scale of 1 to ten, 10 being excellent, a 9.

I love my zirconia implant and highly recommend the full zirconia option for maximum biocompatibility! It is worth the small extra investment for longterm results. Dr Johnson is a great dentist and implantologist! However, I would suggest to look in the mirror and ask lots of questions regarding customizing your implant crown before leaving so you don’t have to come back for adjustments. Although I did need to return for a few adjustments, Dr Johnson was quick to listen to my requests and got me in immediately to personalize my crown to my liking! The Integrated Dentistry office staff are wonderful to work with, receptive, responsive, and friendly (especially Kim)!

I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this group. I live a little over two hours away and made an appointment for an assessment. After the assessment, we scheduled a follow up for a procedure. We had direct communication prior to the procedure and confirmed the appointment date. I scheduled another trip flying out of Bentonville since I was going to have to make the drive to Bentonville for the procedure. I communicated this to the staff emphasizing the importance of making sure we kept the appointment date because of other travel plans and money spent for flights all centered around that particular appointment date. I was assured the date was firm. On the morning of the appointment, I called from my hotel and was told I was not on the schedule for that day AND that the doctor was out of town for two days. In looking over the past communications, the staff member acknowledged our prior conversations about the importance of keeping that date and offered no legitimate reason why the appointment had been cancelled nor why I had not been notified of a change. I told the staff member that the cancellation had cost me about $2,000 that could have been avoided. No apology, no offer to make things right, etc. This is truly the most inept and the most inconsiderate treatment I have ever received from any business in any field. It is truly unbelievable.
