Beware, while the dentist is good..one star rating because what they tell you it will cost and what it will actually costs are not the same. I would not recommend committing to ANY work on your teeth until they can give you solid expense/cost numbers after the predetermination from your insurance is received. They say that for major work as a courtesy they get a predetermination for patients. Both mine and my husband's were both major, they gave him a price of $1300, did not do a predetermination on his then instead of $1300 at time of procedure charged him $1900. A $600 difference is a big difference and with out any prior communication of any increase. On mine at time of consult i was given a price of $4300, when I saw the copy from my dental insurance predetermination for $6200 I called the dentist office because of discrepancy in amount I was told. They based my pay portion on if the insurance paid a portion despite my telling them at the time of consult my insurance wouldn't pay that I would be paying it they still sent to my insurance. Needless to say, I have canceled my appointment. My husband has paid for his already and will finish what he has paid for. We then will both look for another dentist that we feel will provide accurate pricing with no surprises. And yes we understand the insurance predetermination process, but unplanned increases of almost 50% aren't acceptable to us. Be sure you do your do diligence before committing so you know exactly how much it will cost, I would suggest getting it in writing so there are no surprises.

They claim to have emergency services, but its for existing patients only. They will turn you away even if you have a massive infection in your face. These people will let you die unless you have already given them money. I would never go here. Horrible people who dont care about your health or your teeth. This is for the dentist to make money only.

What a relief! What a pleasure! My husband and I are new to the area and had our first checkup and clean this past week. Dr. Goatcher is personable and oh so detailed while Kristi, my hygienist, did a thorough super- level cleaning and engaged me with her genuine and warm conversation. We both appreciated the excellent service! Thanks to all!

Today was our semi-annual check up and cleaning. I had a new technician, Christy, she was very thorough and pleasant. I am looking forward to my next check up! The office staff is always efficient and professional, the office is always clean and organized and Dr. Goacher is always knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We’re so glad they are our dental team.

We are extremely satisfied with All about Smiles, the staff were so friendly and genuinely cared about our Son. We were in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before we were taken back for his cleaning & check up. The Dentist was super nice and very helpful on cleaning techniques. We would recommend this office to everyone, young and old! Thank you!!

My hygienist Kristi is the best. Great job. Very thorough and she is very friendly. Also gentle. All the office personnel are always so helpful and friendly. Dr is also very thorough and nice. I am very satisfied and go every 6 months.

Everyone was so nice. I had a great conversation with Kristi while she worked away. The time flew by. I feel like I made a new friend. Dr Goacher was very kind and gentle as well. Great experience😁

I went to All About Smiles for the first time today. It was a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and I felt comfortable, and was treated very well. I had not been to the dentist in over a year because the other local dentistry had gone way downhill after Dr. Daniels transferred out of town. Today was my favorite first trip to a dentist ever, and I've had a lot of those over the years. 5 stars!!
