The front desk ladies are awesome. Shout out to Chelsea she’s the sweetest and all the staff in back, Sharon, Max, Lyman, are very courteous and kind, and Matteah polished my teeth so well I was blinding people! lol Doctor Gardner is very attentive & efficient. He does great work. This amazing staff sees my whole family & we couldn’t be happier. They are the only dental office for me & my family. Thank you Crystal, the manager at Winslow Dental we appreciate you all! 😀🦷🪥💯

I was very impressed from start to finish! From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to Dr. Gardner, this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was treated kindly and with patience. It is rare to find both empathy and professionalism in this day and age. My options were thoroughly explained and I was given time to make my decision. Not to mention my procedure was surprisingly pain-free! I am happy to say I will no longer be apprehensive about my next dental visit.

Wilson Dental is a business you can trust! Dr. Gardner is the best and most conservative dentist I have ever encountered. I have received second opinions from him and found the other dentists were trying to do unnecessary work. The office staff is very nice and efficient.

They messed up one bill got text to conferm address, ask why and told for statement, i say do i have a bill? She would not reply, call insurance it was it was all paid for, so freaking out, insurance emailed proof of it being 100% covered and stating i absolutly owe nothen at all This is insain, i dont know why they wont message back about it, im on ssdi and been working hard on my creidit and bever been so worried

Took my son in for swelling and pain during an xray! Of his teeth the dentist wife came in apparently she does billing said my son will not be seen today due to a past balance was very aggressive, rude , unprofessional in every way!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! Not only was my son in agonizing pain he was also scared from her yelling and asking us to leave!

I went in today not knowing what to expect.. I was a little nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. They took care of me and my teeth look so beautiful!!!!! I am so happy! Thank you so much. They’re fast, efficient and friendly. … Thank you Winslow Dental xoxo

The only reason why I’m giving this place 1 star is because the staff are nice, but Dr. Gardner, is not nice or professional. Well, he is nice and professional with some people. Which is strange. I’m not a patient, of his, but I came into the practice and observed how he treated people. A patient of his always asks him how he is doing and he may not respond or he will respond with “I’m fine” and proceed to just go right in without ever acknowledging the patient. And when the patient expressed having pain issues he just said “oh” and kept doing his work. Eventually, the work that the Patient had done by him, got Infected and had to be redone. That patient went to him and let him and his staff know several times something wasn’t right. He did x-rays but said he found nothing. And left the poor patient with the incomplete work. I would think that a Dr. would just try to do the work right the first time or correct the mistakes so that he doesn’t t have to ever see that client again or hear from them if he doesn’t care. But, he gives the impression that he would rather let that person suffer and leave a bad impression because he must be untouchable in this Industry, to not care at all. I’m so disappointed that a professional would mistreat people who are vulnerable and be satisfied with unprofessionalism, simply because they can get away with it. I hope and pray that successful legal action is taken against him. Or that one day he has a change of heart to give 110 percent in his future work to make a change for the better.

I had a Toothache for a couple of days and my regular dentist wasn’t able to fit me in. When I called Winslow dental and told them that I had a toothache they were able to see me within a couple of hours. Everyone I dealt with from dentist to receptionist was extremely courteous, professional, and explained what they were doing every step of the way.
