Such a great dental office! My hygienist Shawnee was phenomenal. I had to bring my two young kids and she somehow kept them occupied while I had my teeth cleaned. She was so patient with them. My kids can’t wait to go back and see the dentist. And the front office staff was so helpful with my financial situation. So grateful to have found them🙏🏼🪥

I was truly impressed by the exceptional efficiency and professionalism of this office. From the moment I walked in, every team member—from the welcoming front desk staff to the skilled hygienist, Elizabeth, and the courteous Linda at the checkout desk—demonstrated genuine friendliness and helpfulness. Dr. Wolff, in particular, stood out. He reminded me of my former dentist in Washington, D.C., Dr. Beitler—calm, experienced, and refreshingly straightforward. His approach is no-nonsense yet deeply reassuring, and he took the time to listen and address my concerns with clarity and care. Simply put, he was wonderful. This team exemplifies excellence in patient care, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service I received.

I have been going to Dr. Wolff for about two years now. I love the atmosphere and Dr. Wolff and his staff are always so pleasant and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Dr. Wolff always takes time with his patients. He makes me feel more like a friend. He does what's best for his patients. Lauren does my cleaning and so sweet and friendly. The entire staff is like family. I'm with Dr. Wolff and his staff forever.

Wolff Family Dentistry has always treated my family with excellent service! They have never told us we need unnecessary service done on our teeth. They take their time listening to us and any concerns we have!

I went into Wolff dentistry as a recommendation from a good friend, whose daughter had her teeth done here and loved it. I was told the pricing was great, and they were very friendly.. I did not have the same experience, I went in for an appointment at 3 o’clock. I did not sit in the chair until about 3:50. The girls at the front acted irritated with me, stating they couldn’t find my dental insurance. before the appointment started, they had found my dental insurance. I had never been notified of this until I was in the office, that they had been unable to find it. After I got back in the chair, they looked at my tooth that is very very slightly chipped and I have had it fixed at another dentist office for about $60, they quoted me $75 and then changed the quote to $175 after finding out that i had it fixed in the last year. They said they didn’t think the insurance would cover it and they were just gonna charge me full price without even investigating if my insurance would cover it or not. I would not go back.

After 3 other Dental Offices w/2 different plans, Made our final 4th dentist & couldnt be happier. Dr Marshall seemed to have an honest opinion on what needs to be done & not upcharge things we were told by others. First visit was a good experience. Now getting work done. Will update.

Dr.Wolff’s family dentistry in my opinion is one of the best if not the best in the valley. I would drive from phoenix specifically to see him and did that for over a year and know live in San Tan Valley. Overall his bedside mannerism is superb and have experienced Dr. Wolff and staff for over 2 years. I would highly recommend his family dentistry and team to anyone. He is truly exceptional and deserving of high praise. Thank you Dr Wolff and team!!

Worst dental experience of my life. I needed a tooth pulled. I had never been there before. First of all, the dentist has zero needle skills. He injected me twice, warning me before the second jab that "this one was going to hurt." They were both horrible. Even rookie dentists can jab more carefully than that. Then he didn't wait for numbing to occur and started pulling my tooth. Nothing was numb. I literally had my tooth pulled without numbing. I let him know it was excruciating, but he kept going. The tooth area got slightly numb AFTER the tooth was pulled. The pain continued for two days. I've had teeth pulled before, and I always felt relieved after getting the tooth out. This pain got worse. I called them to let them know the pain was getting worse. They had the doctor prescribe an anti inflammatory, which worked while I was on it, but once it wore off, I was in screaming pain. I don't do narcotics and didn't want any. I called on a Friday at 3:00 to let them know something was very wrong. They were closed, so I called the after hours emergency numbers. They never responded. Not even on the following Monday. I ended up calling multiple dentists and only one would take me the next day on a Saturday. I had a dry socket, and it was infected. I had to have two procedures that included packing the dry socket with a medicated gel that was stitched in. Thank goodness I found a dentist willing to see me on a Saturday and who knew what to do. Btw, that dentist gave painless shots and continually checked in to see if I was numb, AND he called after each procedure to check on my progress..
