From the first conversation with the office staff, I was treated compassionately. Those girls make you feel like family and they take care of you. The dentist is also excellent. He gives you solutions and discusses what can be done. His work is also excellent and he isn't afraid to try everything he can to make sure you are satisfied.

This is the dental office to go to in Kingman! I had the most thorough examination I have ever received at a dentist. All my x-rays etc were displayed on the screen in front of me in real time so questions could be asked on the fly. Abi was amazing as was Dr. Seth. At no point were they trying to rush me out and every question was answered and then some. So glad we can bring my whole family to Jennings and Larson!

I have been a patient for well over 10 years! I called to make a appointment the female who answered the phone seemed to not be the normal friendly voices you hear.I asked to make a appointment and was asked about my insurance that I have had for years she said it did not matter she still needed the number of the new card I said I did not have it available I was in bed and had a bad fall she showed no empathy stating she needed it before making an appointment!!! What if I was not insured and wanted to pay cash? This was not good customer service especially because I have gone 2 times a year for years have never not paid. Looking for a new dentist obviously not customer service oriented or loyal to customers as we as customers are loyal to them. No statement orcall back when you have your card.So was upset and hung up

Nice hygienist. She could find a better place sometime. Root canal. After it's done they fill it with something. For a front top tooth, should the filling be felt as a jagged rough small clump on the back of the tooth?.. and the doctor saying "all good to go"? No. Was asking him "why isn't it feeling (with my tongue)!like it did beforehand?.. can you smooth the material off?". He didn't want to. Then he with attitude ground a little off.. leaving some. Come on amateur goof and rude doctor. Isn't it procedure to ask the patient after the procedure how the back of the tooth feels to the tongue? And he said "well it's not like you're going to be touching it a million times a day.. you're just touching it right now with your tongue because it was just done". I said "surely my tongue touches it ONCE a day" and that's enough if it feels like a dried clump of filler and abnormal feeling compared to prior getting it done. Astoundingly daft of the place. Dental 101? = ask the patient how it feels to the tongue and be prepared to grind with your 10,000 rpm mini dremel that takes a few seconds with each touch to smooth it to where the patient says it feels like natural. To be detailed enough to do the procedure on the tooth.. there is zero excuse not to be detailed enough to address something like this. It would be obvious looking at it by any normal dentist that it needed addressing.. if it felt like a small clump of material to the tongue. This seems so basic as to be stupid. How could any material be left to make it feel unnatural? That's like a dentist putting an implant in with a clump on the back of the tooth implant. Or a regular type cavity filling on the side or top of tooth and leaving it sticking out overfilled. Question: We thought it was supposed to feel natural? Really? It's malpractice.. akin to a doctor stitching an incision all rough without the two ends meeting evenly, one side of the incision bunched up like a clump.. so it is upraised scar tissue. Unthorough and amateur. It's either willful not caring.. or incompetent. Those are really the only two option categories to describe it. I reported it to insurance company promptly, and then later seeing the insurance company summary of service from this location.. they had fabricated an appointment and charge after seeing my review (and likely expecting me to report it) to make it look like they had me in for an appointment to address the small clump they had left. I would not have gone back to this dentist under any circumstance after the root canal & after the attitude he displayed on this small clump he had left. (Easy for any other normal nice dentist to fix). So how could there have been an appointment and charge after the date of the root canal? That's crooked.

We moved to Kingman during Covid and stayed away from the dentist until we got the all-clear from our primary doctor. The wife and I scheduled appointments together to get a cleaning and establish a new dentist here in town. We last saw the dentist in Salt Lake City in 2021 before we moved. My evaluation exam & x-rays was the most miserable experience I have ever had at any dentist in 65-years. They are using some new technology that does the x-ray electronically that will take the image and display it on a screen as they take them. They put a sensor with a cord attached in your mouth that captures the image. That sensor is attached to a set of disposable plastic backing plates that they break apart from each other. These backing things are part of a sheet of plastic parts that the dental hygienist breaks apart and uses each piece, attach the corded sensor and shoves it in my mouth. The thing has sharp edges and splintered plastic where it goes against your gums – and they have you bite down hard. After the third x-ray- my gums are bleeding from being cut by these sensor backing pieces. I stopped the process and showed her the sharp edges and told her that it hurts very bad – she did not care. I endured the pain of the x rays and gave her some serious feedback after grabbing one of backing pieces and showed her where the parts break apart, it leaves a shattered fragments of plastic sticking out – and she shoves those into my gums. She did not give one care, and just said that “this is the new way for x rays” I continued my exam with the doctor, mostly without any issues. I explained to him that the x ray experience is miserable – in front of the staff in the room. At the end, All I wanted to do was get out of that place… The front Receptionist handed me an appointment card that I canceled the appointment days in advance, but they called me to say I missed that appointment – that I canceled more than one day in advance. I will NEVER go back.

Jennings & Larson Family Dentistry is absolutely the best ! They have made time at short notice twice in the past month. They even made time to accept another patient after me. I would 100% recommend them to everyone. I have severe dentist anxiety, they have been very understanding and comforting. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend Jennings and Larson DDS in Kingman, Az. The entire staff is amazing. Friendly, patient and skilled, they are willing to make the effort and take their time to comfort a person who is uncomfortable in the dentist chair. I can't say enough to express how grateful I am for the time and care they have put into my dental health. 100%

This place is absolutely amazing from the moment you make an appt, to the reminder call, to when you walk in the door. They are extremely nice, friendly and very welcoming. They make sure you’re comfortable and situated with no issues. Never felt so at ease in a dentist office.
