I had an outstanding experience with Jack and his assistant Amy—truly one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, they created an environment that was both welcoming and professional, immediately putting me at ease. Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and precise in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients really set him apart. Amy was just as wonderful—friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The teamwork between Jack and Amy is seamless, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise with compassion, I can’t recommend Jack and Amy highly enough. They turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience into something genuinely positive.

Had a new pair of dentures made, my first new pair in 10 years. Initially, the fit was not great. But they made a quick adjustment appointment for me, almost next day. Natalie was the tech who handled the adjustment, and she did amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and was able to fix them quickly and improve the fit significantly. Definitely will be back. But hopefully, not for another 10 years.

I’m extremely late leaving this review, but it’s well deserved. When I moved to Arizona almost two years ago, I started having tooth pain and needed a dentist fast. I found this office on Google and met Dr. Jack, Jasmine, and the rest of the team — and I still remember almost all their names because of how well they treated me. From day one, they brought me in, made me feel comfortable, and laid out a clear treatment plan. Over the next few weeks, they took care of everything I needed. Now I’m on a simple routine and only come in every 4–6 months for cleanings with Jasmine, and Dr. Jack always stops by to check on me. This place has earned my trust completely. I’ve been in Arizona for a while now, and I won’t go anywhere else. Truly an amazing team.

Seriously impressed by the level of service at Aspen Dental-Apache Junction! My husband and I are both patients. Wonderful looking facility, no long wait time, everyone quick and proficient at their positions! My Dental Assistant was Amy who was thorough with regard to intake and X-rays, followed by the Dental Hygienist, Jasmine, who inspected teeth and gums. Dr. Goersten while being educated and professional is also very down to earth, friendly and kind, so that’s refreshing! He also knows something about staffing, everyone including Front Desk and Check Out seemed so motivated to provided excellent customer experiences! Overall experience…a breath of fresh air!

Amy was amazing… very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Her sweet personality makes you feel like you’re hanging with a friend not at the dentist. She was Highly knowledgeable and very thorough. I would recommend Aspen and asking for her directly 💕

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office, the people makes this place so special. From the sweet girls up front to the staff in the back: lovely assistants, hygienist Jasmine and Doctor Jack, there wasn’t a single person in that office that doesn’t deserve a shoutout. I felt right at home, no judgment from anyone and genuinely felt the care they had for me. Everyone took their time with me and made me feel like family. Thank you Apache Junction Aspen!!

I changed my Dentist to Aspen as I was not happy with my previous dentist. I was welcomed by everyone at Aspen. The girls from office staff up front were so friendly, The Hygienist was super sweet , The dentist was great and the girl from the Lab did a great job on my top dentures that broke in half. She had them repaired in 2 hours . Oh and the dental technician that did my xrays . cant say enough about how welcoming and professional all of them at Aspen were . Highly recommend this Aspen Dental in Apache junction.
