I can’t say enough good things about Ridgeway Family Dentistry! I called with a broken painful tooth and they got me in the same day- which was a lifesaver. I’m not usually comfortable at the dentist, but the entire office staff was professional, welcoming and even tolerated my sense of humor. Dr. Richburg was absolutely fantastic-and his assistant Onna is amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I had a good first experience with a tooth repair. The dentist, hygienist, and office staff all did a great job. The filling on the chipped tooth is practically unnoticeable by sight or feeling. The work was painless and professional, considering the necessary numbing, which was administered with just the right touch. Besides the regular reminders, I got a call shortly before the appointment, that they were ahead of schedule, that day, so I got in early, without any waiting. Aside from my car's power steering hose blowing out and leaving a bit of oil in their parking lot, it was a great experience. If you need a dentist, I honestly recommend Ridgeway Family Dentistry. Good, quality work, by personable professionals.

Quite possibly the best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! I work a fast paced season job as a fishing guide and while in the middle of my busy season I broke a molar. Ridgeway family dental was able to work me in on short notice and get me in and out the next day! The staff was super friendly and incredibly nice from the front desk to the doctor they are a top notch crew of people that care and do fantastic work!

I mainly just had a routine annual teeth cleaning. Admittedly, I had not had a routine annual cleaning for about 2 years because they quite frankly can hurt, be uncomfortable, and contain a bit of over-lecturing. But to my great surprise and gratitude, Jennifer the dental hygienist at Ridgeway was fantastic: no pain when cleaning around my gums, very thorough, friendly and helpful, answered questions I had about different toothpastes and products, and again made my teeth feel and look great with absolutely no pain. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. In my opinion, a great place to get dental work done. Fantastic job by the Ridgeway team.

I had a broken tooth that was causing discomfort in my mouth. I reluctantly contacted the dentist office and they were kind enough to work me in for a quick appointment. The staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Richburg discussed my options and did a great job taking care of my situation. I plan to see them again soon to take care of some cavities.

Ridgeway Family Dentistry is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. From Bree at the front desk, to Jenny in hygiene, and finally Dr. Richburg, every single person truly cares about you as both a patient and a person—not just a number or a dollar sign. Bree goes above and beyond working with insurance to make treatment affordable for families. Jenny is always kind, thorough, and so helpful in explaining the best ways to care for your teeth—not to mention she’s simply one of the loveliest people to be around. Dr. Richburg is professional, thoughtful, and never condescending; he clearly explains all treatment options and gives you the freedom to choose what works best for your health and your budget. It honestly feels like a dream team. For the first time in my life, going to the dentist is a genuinely pleasant experience.

This dentist office comes highly recommended. In an emergency fishing on the Kenai River, my sister had a weight come out of a fish and hit her directly in her two front teeth. The pain and bleeding and fear of losing teeth was scary for her, and they worked her in quickly close to closing, provided pain control, reassurance, thorough examination, x-rays, infection control prevention, and followed up to check on her the following day. The receptionist went as far as to call on her personal cell as well when the call kept dropping. We were so impressed with their compassion, care, and willingness to help. 10/10 would go every time

Awesome dentist and terrific practice. Dr Richburg is the first 100% pain free dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. He is kind, personable, and goes out of his way to explain what he’s doing at every step. The staff is equally friendly and accommodating. I had a broken tooth and, due to my schedule, needed it fixed quickly. They were able to get me in and on the treatment schedule faster than I could have imagined. Thank you all!!!
