I went in to have a crown done on August 19 and I still cannot open my mouth wide enough to eat or brush my teeth. Dr Carter was on maternity leave so she had fill in dentist. A Dr Shaw prepped my tooth & put on a temporary crown. I came out in pain and I am still having pain. Dr Csrter wants me to see an oral surgeon. Dr Jenna Baugh was there the day my crown came in and she seen i was in pain & set the crown; she had to take it out 3 times to work on it because it didn't fit properly. She prescribed.5 days of a mild muscle relaxer. Dr Jemna called me yesterday and she had talked to the oral surgeon i had the appointment with & he told her I needed 30 days of a mild muscle relaxer and a steroid. She was a fill in dentist at Dr Carters and she was the one to get ne some help. Dr Cartet said she hoped that would help me & they would have my dental records ready for me to pickup. My mouth is full of crowns & I have ever never experienced this kind of treatment before. The pain from all of this &, she acts like it's nothing!!

I take all of my children here and when I can’t imagine taking them to anywhere else! She is patient, takes time to explain exactly what she’ll be doing, works so well with her assistants and has never not welcomed me into the room with them! She just recently did 3 fillings on my almost 5 year old and he was a CHAMP because she’s so easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend taking your children here if you’re looking for somewhere! We will never go anywhere else!

Finally found a good family friendly dentist where everyone treats you so good. Dr Emily is very sweet and down to earth. The dental hygienist my children have each time is wonderful. My son gets very scared and nervous. He would never let anyone clean his teeth until we started going here.

Fantastic experience!!! They got me in same day for an emergency and everyone was so nice and understanding.

I am and have been very impressed and pleased with the quality of care given to me and others in this office. The reception and appointment bookkeepers have been exceptional in helping me in rescheduling appointments due to emergencies or conflict with other appointments. The atmosphere is relaxing and is calming. The dental staff and Dr. Carter is caring and explains procedures very well to me as well as to others. The experience while there is professional, comfortable, and excellent care is given to the patient. Thank you Carter Dentistry for providing great service.

Doctor Emily is everything you would want. Very kind. The is young and eager to learn from her. Helped me with what was best for me. Easy to talk to. If you want to feel human again with great work come here

We always have the BEST experience with Dr. Emily and her staff. I’ve been taking my daughter there since she was one year old and my other baby will soon be going in a few short months. They are so caring and have a wonderful way with making the kids feel comfortable and welcome. My daughter looks forward to the dentist and she is 5 years old now! We can’t say enough good things about this business and I recommend this group to anyone and everyone! We love it so much, my husband and I go there as well and now my parents are patients!

I've had two visits so far and they've both been a wonderful experience. I feel at home already. Dr. Emily and the staff are top-notch. I've been walking around with a broken front tooth for 17 years. I've had regular visits all those years and no one ever took the time to care about fixing it. With my flexible schedule and close workplace, the ladies in scheduling fit me in quickly. Dr. Emily had my broken tooth repaired in no time. She explained everything she was going to do and she worked on the tooth until it was perfect. I'm so happy with the result! I want to thank the Carter Family Dentistry team for making me feel welcome and for being pleasant to deal with. I can't wait to take my kids next!
