Great office and staff. One of the few dentists who would see my wife without forcing her to do x-rays. We opted out of x-rays with her being pregnant , and since it was a cash - pay tooth cleaning. They were more than understanding, unlike other offices. I got my teeth cleaned today and had a great experience as well.

I love Fife Family Dentistry. They’re professional, courteous, and always friendly. They’ve always done a great job on my teeth and mouth taking the best way medically and financially. Summer is an excellent hygienist for all the same reasons. After moving to Birmingham and trying several dentist I returned to Fife Family. They’re the best! It’s worth the drive.

My visit went as usual, great!!! The front desk, hygienist and dentist were all professional, friendly and took excellent care of me. I am especially grateful because I suffer with depression and anxiety. I am so relaxed when I visit their office.

Dr Fife and his staff are incredible. Been using them for years. Very family oriented, and I even enjoy our visits. He is first rate and refers me/wife to other clinics when he feels we need care that is beyond his scope. Thank you for taking care of our family

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and outrage concerning the treatment my grandfather received at your dental clinic. My grandfather chose your clinic after reading positive reviews, and it has resulted in serious consequences. This treatment did not meet the accepted standards of care. The dental assistant showed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy, which contributed to the overall negative experience. The assistant did not greet or identify herself. Furthermore, the assistant did not once ask about my grandfather's state of mind during the procedure.The dentist's actions are even more concerning. My grandfather was injected with unnecessary multiple anesthetics, which was done without any explanation. Than he left to attend to other patients. The subsequent treatment involved the reckless and aggressive use of a dental drill, applied with such force and apparent carelessness that my grandfather described the sensation as akin to the use of a jackhammer. The dentist proceeded to fill the tooth, again without any explanation or patient interaction, and then, once more, absconded, leaving my grandfather in the care of the aforementioned assistant. The physical environment in which this procedure took place was, by all accounts, substandard, resembling a repurposed storage area rather than a professional dental office. After the dental appointment, my grandfather suffered for three days of pain, and he had to take painkillers to address it. The tissues of his gums have become severely inflamed and swollen. As a direct consequence of the substandard care provided at your clinic, my grandfather was obliged to seek immediate remedial treatment from a qualified dentist. The reaction of the subsequent dental professional to the condition of my grandfather’s teeth, upon initial examination, was highly indicative of serious and potentially long-lasting harm. This matter will not be left unresolved. I intend to pursue all available legal avenues to ensure that those responsible for the suffering inflicted upon my grandfather are held fully accountable for their actions. This includes, but is not limited to, a formal complaint to the relevant medical licensing board, the pursuit of legal action to recover damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and any other costs associated with the corrective treatment required. I strongly advise any prospective patient to avoid this clinic. It is, in its current state, an unsafe and unreliable environment for dental care.
