This office has some of the most welcoming and nicest staff. The service is superb and the hygienist and dentist are just absolutely wonderful and informative. They take the time to make sure you are understanding of what's going on and what is required to find a solution. My family has only been going here for a short while, but I called one day and was in the next due to cancelations. My son has also already had a dental emergency and the receptionist so graciously worked us in IMMEDIATELY because she didn't want him in discomfort through the weekend. Dr. McCardle called me back to show me what was going on and let me hold my son's hand while he worked to fix it. He was so gentle and personable with me and my boy. I absolutely love what I have experienced thus far and think I will be a life-long patient. They have been the best so far and I pray it continues because dental care can be scary. I am so thankful for the referral to their office.

I like the personal touches with reminders, updates and communication that I have experienced. I received a call and thought is was going to be a robocall for my appointment reminder but it was a real person calling from the office to make sure I had everything I needed. I feel like they truly care about their patients. The entire staff, including Dr. McCardle have been so helpful with understanding processes and options. They explained everything that they were doing and shared feedback afterwards. Thank you. Not only do they handle all of my preventative care, I recently completed SureSmile orthodontics through his office and I am blown away by the results! For the past year and a half, I was driving 6 hours round trip once a month to see him throughout the process and it was absolutely, 100% worth it! I would not trust any other dental office more than I do McCardle Dentistry. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Everyone in the office is so nice and so helpful! Dr. McCardle him self is also amazing.. he explains everything he is doing before he does it, which my last dentist didn't do that... he is great with the kids as well.. I am a mother of 4 and the kids say he is by far their favorite dentist, and that they have the best treasure box..lol..I definitely recommend Dr. McCardle :)

I had a great experience here! I am normally terrified of dentists, but the people here were so sweet and made me feel right at home. They also gave me great advice on maintaining my clean teeth and what to do at home. They answered all my questions that I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have known Dr. McCardle for more than 20 years. I have known his secretary and most of his staff for an extended period of time. They always greet me with a smile and a kind greeting. His secretary does a great job of scheduling and I have never had a long wait. Dr. McCardle has put together a great team of dedicated professionals. His office is filled with up to date technology and imaging equipment to enhance patient care. I have found being in his dental chair a relaxed experience. He enters the room in a cheerful mood. He is thorough in his work. He recently found a small crack in one of my teeth and I am already scheduled for a filling. Dr. McCardle takes care of dental problems before they become problems. When he found the small crack in my tooth, he said to his hygienist “let’s keep a watch on this one” and gave her a tooth number. He said to me “you probably didn’t know you had that.” I didn’t! Dr. McCardle has a unique ability to explain a procedure to those without medical knowledge in lay terms that anyone can understand. He may talk to his hygienist or to other doctors in medical terms but he is careful to explain to those of us who lack medical knowledge in terms we know. I have been and continue to be impressed by Dr. McCardle’s quality of work, his devotion to his work and by his faith. In summary, I am happy to say “Dr. McCardle is my dentist!”
