We chose this dentist due to it being the only other one in Hazel Green. The other stopped taking our insurance and I regret ever coming to this one. Unfortunately this office left me with terrible teeth sensitivity that I've never experienced in my life. My lower front teeth have hurt since I walked out of this building a couple months ago now. The slightest breath I take hurts so I've had to modify how I breathe and talk. Also hot and cold foods hurt me terribly when I've never had any issues like this before so I've also had to change what foods I eat and how I eat them. I've always had great home care with very minimal plaque and brush twice a day and floss. The lady who cleaned my teeth kept grinding away at them and I did ask her to stop and to not do that to my upper teeth when she got to them and she tried to justify by saying there was evidence of bad oral hygiene which just isn't true. I'm glad I had the guts to ask her to stop otherwise she would've ruined my top teeth as well. I'm now trying to find another dentist. They did repair a filling for my child and a new cavity he had and he has not complained about that. If you're in the area and need to use them in a pinch for an emergency then I'd suggest them if the other local dentist doesn't have an appointment available first.

Fantastic service. The entire staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly. In my visits they have always taken the time to provide me with excellent service and provided thorough explanation of my options. Dr Griffin takes the time to care and restore the natural teeth rather than pushing for options that are not necessary. The facility is clean and comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to fear from past experiences and other life circumstances. I finally got the courage to go since I finally have Dental Insurance today. I was very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth and Cindy was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything and was really kind to me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. I walked out feeling great. This was my first experience where I actually felt happy leaving the dentist and although it was uncomfortable and my teeth were sensitive, she did all she could to make sure I felt okay and comfortable. Thank you again Cindy for everything today. You made a huge difference in my dental experience and I can’t wait for my next appt once baby is here.

Dr. Griffin and his staff are the best! His quality of work is outstanding. I most recently tried SureSmile to help straighten out my bottom teeth. I did not want to get braces again. The whole experience was great and I am back to having straight teeth. The office is always so clean and neat. If you are looking for a great dentist check them out!

Dr Griffin, and his staff are top notch. On my first visit, it felt like I had been coming to them for years. Each visit since has been nothing short of excellent. There are many great dentists in the area, but if you haven't quite found the 'one' you feel at home with, I highly recommend you check out this team. Great service!

We are very happy with Griffin Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The staff is friendly and professional. Easy to make and reschedule appointments. Dr. Griffin knows his stuff, and he does a good job. Something about his big teddy bear personality makes him feel like your own grandpa (in a good way). The rooms are kid friendly, my children love the themed rooms that are hand painted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m more than happy to drive my 35 miles to see Dr. Griffin. He did a perfect job on my overlay. The staff was very nice with a smile on their face and they were very welcoming! Will definitely be recommending to everyone!
