Dr. Houston and her staff are amazing! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is super clean and nicely decorated. I have never waited long in the waiting room to see my dentist and know exactly what is happening at all times. They go over your treatment plan before you leave so you know what to expect on your next appointment. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

First, I have been coming here for most of my adult life and have always enjoyed my visits (as much as you can at the dentist). Second, I asked for a way to leave feedback (because I didn't want to post this publicly to everyone, but rather give the business some feedback, but was told to put it here, so that is why this is not a 5 start review, but rather feedback to the company of my experience today.) Today's cleaning felt very rushed. Usually I experience amazing bedside manners but today it felt like they were trying to be quick rather than thoughtful. **** (edited the name out since they have addressed my concern) did my cleaning, started with taking measurements and poked me 5 times in the first 5 seconds and the fifth one felt like a stab. I yelped and had to check if I was bleeding. This made the entire rest of the cleaning very nerve-racking. She was also heavy handed with the hand pushing my lips back, you don't need to push my lips down to my chin, just out of the way next time. I asked for someone else to do my wife since she is more sensitive but no one else was available. Other than this it was a great experience as always. Just remember to slow down and be thoughtful of the patient. People already have a stigma about coming to the dentist and don't like going, so rushing through it and causing unnecessary discomfort is not going to help that. She definitely did care and was trying to do good, but that is hard when you are trying to rush. Otherwise, everyone was super duper nice and pleasant and made me feel very welcome. 10/10 would still recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist. Edit: I can tell you that they have taken this recommendation seriously and to heart. My next experience was the exact opposite of rushed. It felt like they were putting an emphasis on my individual treatment rather than trying to rush through every appointment. I am very glad to see that they are taking customer experience seriously. Other than competence, which I would say they have lots of here, my experience is the most important thing when going to the Dentist. 5 Stars and 100/10 would recommend to a friend!

Dr. Houston is amazing. Any issues or concerns I’ve had, her and her staff always made sure I was comfortable before leaving out of the office. Izzie is an angel, one of the best dental assistants you can have. Very friendly and attentive!

These professionals are especially great. Gives you a new smile with less experience. I have given them the cowards a ok! Great techs and fantastic dentist.

Ok.. long but worth Special thanks to everyone involved (the first dental assistant I didnt get to catch her name, the receptionist who explained my predicament an got me an appointment, to Ms.Jada, an Ms. Dr.Marquez) I've been fighting tooth aches, gum line infection , an a few abscess for years Since Thanksgiving ive been actively trying to suppress an infection, an the pain associated. (800 mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours round the clock, an 1000mg of Tylenol every 3hrs) going from getting a half day of relief to getting 45 mins of relief leaving me shaking my head like a rabid dog.... I tried clover oil, abesol, origel, even tried pulling it when i reached several days of unrest last year, I failed an was left in tons more pain... Well Today... I finally took the steps to try an actually remedy the reason I was suffering for so long... back in goldsboro,.nc its a fight between availability an affordability when getting dental care , leaving most seeking payments or sliding scale that often says we make to much Literally leaving us hurting for months on end ... But I really wanna give special thanks Northcutt Dental in Bay Minette, Alabama From The moment I Called they listened and for once I felt heard ,, even tho they were pretty slammed... The receptionist listened an was determined to do what she could to see if she could fit me in. After a couple minutes she let me know she talked to someone an they could see me at 11:30 Today, to hopefully get xrays an antibiotics to get the abscess down an possibly some relief... Being they didnt have a slot open for an appointment, they just wanted to help an get me some relief.... From the moment I walked in I felt welcome, I wasn't rushed into a seat to fill out paper an to get out of their face, for once I didnt feel like a number , or just a quick dollar , for once I didnt feel judge cause I put off dental work I at the point couldn't afford , they listened , they understood an they made sure i recieved the care all patients deserve.... Well after the xrays , the lady that was my dental assistant (I didnt catch her name wish I had) Asked for a moment so they could come up with a care plan..... Wel moments later her an the dentist ( Dr.Marquez) came back an explained what needed to be extracted ,,, but the amazing part was that if I could come back at 3:30... they would fit me in, even with how busy they were, they were going to try and get me relief today .. Without knowing what the price was I knew I couldn't refuse the offer , I was already in tons of pain an running out of options an it was starting to affect my work... so with out thinking I said yes... between their professionalism, their caring personality, an the length they went for me, I absolutely wasnt wasting the opportunity.... Then they fully explained the care plan , what needed to be done an the price , an may I say my mouth hit the floor ,I just had been quoted a fraction of what other back home wanted I honestly feel like they truly do this to help an that they actually care, an not some facade just to sell their craft , I wholeheartedly believe this 3:30 rolls around an once again i walked in an was treated with respect an made to feel welcome an no lie I was nervous, ive had very minimal dental work an only ever had one tooth removed prior, so I really didnt know what to expect, except that Ive already went through so much pain already that any pain associated with this visit would be well worth it. Once in the chair Ms.Jada (dental assistant, that would helping throughout the procedure,) Literally did ever thing she could to make sure I was comfortable an to ease any sort of uneasy feeling, 😅 guess she knew i was a bit nervous... Between Ms.Jada an Dr.Marquez an the whole Staff at Northcutt Dental I Finally feel like I found a place I not only trust, but I feel like actually does their best To make sure I got the best possible treatment an care... Im from North Carolina which is roughly 11hrs away An No Matter Where I Go State To State.. They will always be my go to Place

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Northcutt Dental in Bay Minette. I highly recommend Dr. Laseter and his entire staff for their excellent care!! And this is coming from someone who normally dreads walking into the dentist office!! See you in 2026 !!

I had such a great experience today with Samantha, Bri, and Dr. Houston. Samantha made check-in and X-rays super easy, Bri did a thorough cleaning, and Dr. Houston took time to explain my options and answered all my questions without rushing. The office is clean, organized, and truly patient-focused. If you’ve been putting off the dentist, this team will change your mind!

Northcutt Dental in Bay Minette is amazing! Isabella is very friendly and considerate! She did everything she could to make the process smooth The office is spotless, and the care is top-notch. They make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
