have been going here for at least 10 years and highly recommend them. My hygienist is incredibly gentle, thorough, and always explains how to improve my home care without making me feel guilty. Dr. D is equally amazing—professional, patient, and takes the time to answer all my questions instead of rushing out. The lobby and restrooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are very friendly and make scheduling and billing completely stress-free. I love the text reminders they send. If you fear the dentist this definitely the place to go, they ease your anxiety levels from the moment you walk in so you have as pleasant experience as possible 😊

My first visit and definitely will not be my last. Dr. Ford and his staff are very friendly. I was there to have my teeth cleaned. Although it has been a year since my last cleaning (shame on me) my teeth are not easy to clean, even with regular cleanings. Heather did an amazing job. Thank you Heather.

I have been a patient of this dental office for over four years and have trusted them with my family’s dental care. Unfortunately, a recent interaction left me disappointed and ultimately led to my decision to take our business elsewhere. I received several appointment reminder texts asking me to confirm an upcoming appointment. Due to my work and personal responsibilities, I am not always able to respond immediately. Before I had a chance to reply, I received what appeared to be an eye-roll 🙄 emoji from a staff member (Teresa). As a longtime patient, I found that response unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. After receiving that message, I chose to cancel my appointment and informed the office that my husband, daughter, and I would be seeking care elsewhere. Rather than acknowledging my concern, I was told by Teresa that “a simple C would solve the problem.” The issue was never the confirmation request. The issue was the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown to a patient who had been loyal to this practice for years. Patients deserve respect, even when they are unable to respond to a text message right away. Unfortunately, this experience changed my perception of this office and its customer service. I hope management takes patient communication more seriously in the future.

I had a permanent crown replaced. It was the second one in the past month. I am going for a third replacement next week (all different teeth). They were all old ones. They are almost always on time for appointments, and if you have to wait, it’s not too long. I have no complaints about the dentists or staff. They’re great!

Innovation Family Dental's staff is so caring, and professional from the time you walk in the front door until you leave the office. I went to Dr.Ford for Botox, and it was so easy and pain free! His assistant Lilly was so gentle. Love the results, and will definitely be returning 💗
